Rons randomness

My fiance and I went to J&C auto about 10 days ago. We looked them up through carfax and also after researching them and seeing they had almost zero negative reviews. We were sketchy going to a used car dealer but I have to be honest here, J&C works with you. We purchased a vehicle that was in great condition but after a few days some issues presented. The staff were not rude one time throughout the process. After talking with both owners we ended up swapping the original vehicle for another. Both of the owners were very respectful and honest. They showed us FOUR vehicles before we made our decision on the trade, they also offered to fix up the orignal vehicle but due to my work schedule I could not afford to wait for maintence. They were very understanding. While it is always nerve wrecking purchasing a used vehicle you can rest assured that J&C will honor their arrangements and warranty. The biggest pro about J&C is they stand behind their 14 day warranty for inspections. Because of the staff and great service I will be coming back next year to purchase an SUV. We have been looking for a low mileage, well maintained Ford F150 for about a year. Happened to visit J and C Auto Sales, and found EXACTLY what we were looking for. It is a family owned business that has been there for 40 years. John, one of the owners, directed us to a truck that we ended up buying. His wife, Debbie, did the paperwork, Vince, the business manager got us an AWESOME finance rate within 10 minutes. EVERYONE there was very friendly, efficient, and caring! Brought the truck home today. We will be directing anyone who is looking for a great used vehicle from a reputable, caring dealership to go see our new friends at J and C!

I had been searching for a used Pickup for a few months at local dealers and on the internet. On my most recent stop at J&C John directed me to an older model G.M.C., 1 owner, low mileage, 4WD Pickup that had not yet been listed on their website. I took it for a test ride, it rode and handled nice but had a few issues. When I brought up my concerns to John he said he would take care of it. This was on a Friday night. He called the next day (Saturday) to say that the truck was finished. I brought it home Saturday afternoon.

I visited this dealership today. They had a 2002 Honda Civic LX for sale priced at $5800. They worked with me and dropped the price to 5k.! The car ran perfectly and smoothly. Deb was so polite with me and handled the transaction smoothly. They replaced the scissors for the jack located in the trunk and also provided me with a complimentary oil change before I left the lot. Everyone there was so polite and so respectful. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good quality vehicle at a good price.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The manager lied about the warranty, the owner, who is under investigation by the city of Vineland never returned our phone calls and never took responsibility or honored their warranty for the damage they did to our vehicle when they replaced the engine of our 2009 Toyota Camry for $2,500. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND THE COST AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL SAVE MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM BEING FRUSTRATED!

J and C is a family own business and they stand behind their words. I purchase a Chevy Astro a couple months ago and it runs beautifully its in good condition just needed a minor thing here and there, they looked after it right then and there. They are honest and reliable people. If I ever needed another vehicle I will go back and check them out
