went in got ignored, came back later, only 2 people in the store, waited 15 minutes, still no one said a word to me. Left, still not a word. Called the corporate office who said they would send the info I gave them to the manager. The manager left a message saying I understand you felt like you had a bad experience. Really, his first words should have been Im sorry about the bad experience you had. If this was a restaurant they would comp your meal. There are other running stores out there that want your business, why go to one that doesnt care. I had to put 1 star to post. I really would give it 0 stars

Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. Im new to running as a hobby/sport and the staff was incredible. The shoe I really wanted was missing its partner, and they spent their time to find the other half and opening up new shipment boxes to find alternative shoes. Easily went above and beyond. Not to mention incredible energy and very personal with each customer.

It is a good place to go get shoes, they help you a lot. I got the custom insoles, but my PT told me to get a more corrective insole to help my imbalances.
