I have been a loyal customer since Fleet Feet Sports Richmond since they first opened. I regularly purchase their numerous products from shoes,clothes including socks to nutrional products. I have yet to be disappointed in anything that they carry.They have e ven ordered different colored shoes that they did not have in stock.Everything that I have purchased is of good quality. Fleet Feet Richmond stands behind the products that they carry 100 pecrcent and if there is a problem they will help you find something else that works better for you.The staff is exceptional! They are excited to see you when you enter the store and are eager to help you. They are very knowledgeable about all their products. They treat you like family! Ive been to several running stores to purchase new running shoes, and Fleet Feet Sports was by far the most thorough in their fitting methods out of them all. They measured me sitting and standing, felt each pair to see how it fit, watched me walk barefoot, and then watched me run in each pair of shoes I tried. Their staff was so friendly and helpful with all of the questions I had. In addition to their vast knowledge of shoes and running form, their staff was able to give me great recommendations on my options for refueling during a long race. As a novice runner, I felt very welcome and well taken care of. I came in looking for a new pair of shoes to reduce muscle soreness and blisters, and I took them out for a 4 mile run the next day. They worked perfectly! I highly suggest checking this store out!

Your service is AMAZING! I came in for my first new pair of running shoes in years. My sister recommended your store. I had no idea that in addition to new shoes at a GREAT discounted price, I would leave with advise from an O.T. student on plantar fasciities. I have been rolling my calves and feet and feeling more relief than I have in months. I was beyond impressed with the service I received. Staff were friendly, helpful, caring, patient, and UNRUSHED. I bought a pair of Goodr glasses and I really enjoyed them for all the reasons advertised. However, somehow they got scratched within the first month. I went back to store to see what they could do. They were out of the glasses, and in the end, if they scratched it was my fault. But thats not where the story ends. The owner gave me his personal pair of goodr glasses as a replacement. He didnt tell me this, but given that I know he had a pair and the store was sold out, I know. I think thats pretty amazing.

Someone there who is knowledgable about the shoes and can understand my needs once explained. Also, the fact that you can take them home and try them out for a period and still be able to return if they dont work out. Recently Ive bought 5 different shoes only to return them after wearing them in the house for a period of time and finding that they do not fit and hurt my feet. That is an important factor for me when I am buying shoes. So far I love the shoes I bought. They are very comfortable.

She was great with her analysis and explanation to me of the type of shoe I needed for my foot shape. Excellent service and availability of sizes! Jeff noticed a problem right off with my existing running shoes, and Emily measured me and found some better fits for my weirdly-shaped feet. The personal attention Fleet Feet gives is unmatched. Also, my favorite thing is probably that they NEVER try to "upsell" me. For example, last time I went in to get new running shoes, Jeff recommended a pair that were on sale for $70. Everyone who works here (and at the Short Pump store) is awesome. I wouldnt be a runner without Fleet Feet, and I carry around their business cards so I can pass them out to anyone who mentions running or fitness to me.

A very attractive store with a great selection of shoes and running apparel. The customer service was excellent. Harper, one of the store associates, found the perfect shoe for me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought it was awesome that I could try on multiple shoes and jog with them on outside! Kudos to the the store manager, John, and his team! My experience here was great, Leah was knowledgeable about what I needed and asked a lot of great questions to get me where I needed to be. I have never been sized for a running shoe before and was having some knee pain. Great service! They took the time to really watch how my foot runs and is shaped and let me try on multiple pairs of shoes, even allowing me to run outside in each pair (while also testing out a pair of synthetic socks!).
