Extremely friendly staff and great service. However! This store has a major problem with flies! It is often unbearable to sit inside because of the flies landing on you and your food. They have some sort of blower that sits over the door and provides air whenever you open the door -- it doesnt help. They need an active UV system or something to attract and kill them.

It is a dirty Starbucks and more than most SBX they care more about the window volume and catering to those fat slobs who cant seem to walk 10 feet into a store to get their 1000 calorie drinks over the in-store customers. On a sunny 80 degrees day with mild breeze who would not want to be out but the lazy and obese people...have st folks..enjoy your diabetes!

Everything youd expect from a Starbucks plus a drive through! Warm colors, good smells, Internet, ah the perfect (slightly costly) coffee joint for the on going teenage drama story. Nice booths for the social, and work stations for the introvert how needs a charge, and a coffee.

Okay...this location doesnt have the comfort or welcoming dine area I am accustomed to at some of the other Starbucks. You definitely get the feeling they dont want you hanging out and visiting with your friends while enjoying a cup and a snack.

I dont visit this Starbucks often, but when I do I am always amazed by the great service. Today there was a guy on the drive-thru, Ethan, who you could tell was out to put a smile on peoples faces today. It definitely worked - thanks!

Sloooooow Every time I take the drive thru its agonizingly slow. Not even during rush hours. My kids always end up crying. Might as well go inside the Harris Teeter and use the Starbucks inside there.

I love this Starbucks! Its even a walking distance from my house that you dont have to worry about danger. People here are so friendly and they Ive a better taste then the one in Harris teeter!
