I am a frequent customer of this location. However, I visited this location on 1/10/2017 at 3:30pm. In the building, there were only two younger men working there and an older gentleman giving his order in line in front of me. The cashier took the mans order then walked away and completely ignored me. He was more concerned about people in the drive thru and counting his timbits than taking my order. I waited about 6-7 minutes before the other employee looked at me and asked if I was waiting for a chicken sandwich. When I said no I want to place an order. he looked at his friend and walked away. Both continued to ignore me so I walked away, but both employees kept intermittently looking in my direction. Apparently I nor my money was important enough for them. When another man came in the building shortly after me they rushed to take his order and got his order fairly quickly. I was currently fighting a migraine at the time and just wanted an iced cappuchino, but instead I was ignored and treated as if I was the scum under their shoes just because I am a woman. I find this act despicable and very offensive!! As employees of a customer service based establishment, I truly hope these sexist employees learn to treat everyone with respect no matter what gender they are. I also hope that other women customers are treated with more dignity and respect than I received today. I will definitely not be visiting this location again any time soon!

As a previous employer i am highly disappointed in the reaction and attitude i got from the manager Cassie at this location. I called to ask to see if i could get a copy of my W2 which i never received in the mail. She said rudely that "there is nothing i can do about it that i would need to check with my postal service that maybe ive moved recently and there was a mix up." Ive lived at the same residence for over 14 years and I know from previously working there, that there is access to employees W2s and that they could easily print me a copy off. Will be contacting corporate because the situation was not handled correctly or politely at all!!! Sincerely, One very un-happy customer and past employee. P.S. I know the store manager who over sees the three locations ad the owner are better than this, so im hoping they re-evaluate who their choosing to serve our community.

Customer service is what you would expect from an average fast food joint. Theres no culture of "make our guests feel appreciated." On several occasions I have purchased food, but received no napkins. Other times I get one napkin. Seriously? Napkins is where you cut costs? I only go here if they have coupon offers. My last visit the employee rushed up to the drive thru window shoved the food out the window in my hand and said, "Here." and walked away in a fury. No eye contact. I was just another "problem" to her. There was no "thanks", no "have a nice day". Otherwise standard fare. Good thing is they usually have decaf coffee brewed (how long has it been sitting around?) whereas other coffee joints (Starbucks) doesnt usually have decaf brewed in the afternoon. My wife loves their mac-n-cheese.

When we arrived, around 11:30a,didnt get a greeting! We got a receipt,with an order #, there were 2 people ahead of us, and they didnt call out the #, like they do at other stores, so ppl were grabbing other ppls food!! My wife received UNDER 3/4 full of pop, I got a muffin and asked it b heated up in the microwave, that wasnt done, on top of getting some1 elses muffin at 1st. As we entered the buildg, there was spilled coffee all over the sidewalk, right by the entrance! Im usu. good about telling some1 right away, cuz Im safety conscientious, so that one is on me! The overall exp. wasnt very good at all.

I am generally very happy with the service and food at this location. The coffee seems to be left longer between fresh pots as the day wears on, so I wouldnt recommend coming here for coffee later in the day. They are very bad about offering receipts, but are very quick to deliver food and beverages.

Staff is nice, food always good. However... the order is always wrong. Always. We go through the drive through every sunday before church and there is always something missing from the order.

A large soup and small coffee just this noon...gave the girl a ten dollar bill got four dollars and forty five cents back oh and asked for cream and sugar...got just cream ..seriously . ..

The only reason I give 4 starts is because they dont have as many different varieties of breakfast sandwiches, bagels, etc. as other Tim Hortons. Besides that, the staff is always SO nice!

The workers were in such a hurry they couldnt get my order right. My bagel had barely any cream cheese. My order of timbits were not the right kind. Wouldnt bother going again
