Ive needed time to leave this, because I was so angry. About a month ago we visited this location. Five workers in the place, the lady in front of us asked when she might be served, and was told shed just have to wait longer. At this point I mentioned that we had been there for 20 minutes, and all I got was a stupid look. We decide to leave. These young people need supervision. Apparently their Manager doesnt know what Customer Service is. I do, and thats why I have no intention of returning.

I enjoy the oatmeal with apple bits that is the best ,to bad all of them dont have the apple bits. I travel various area in the city of Rochester only to find out not all have the apple bits for the oatmeal. I have already had one shock for the year when they changed the hash browns the old version was the best very flavorful. these now I can get at McDonald uuh

This place is nasty I order got black coffee and they gov me luckwarm coffee with sugar in it. Grilled cheese is a regular cheese sandwich that has black lines on it. Do not ever visit here. It is a waste of time and money. Nothing is ever right.

I keep forgetting how bad this place is...the breakfast sandwiches r always small and lacking ingredients just had an iced capp ( my favorite) and it was watered down. Wont be back to this one, which is to bad cause I like Timmy hos

Wow last time I give these brats a chance. Bad service again from a bunch of kids! They need adult supervision! They are slow and dont know how to communicate with adults. Sandwich just thrown together

Went for breakfast and they ran out of eggs. The time before that they ran out of bagels. The manger needs to learn how to order. Also the wait time can be long to get your food.

My daily go-to Tim Hortons for breakfast. Food and coffee are consistent, and the service is the fastest of the Tim Hortons Ive visited (at least in drive thru).

Tim Hortons in general is ok, but they messed up my order badly and messed up the drink. But Im sure its not always like that

Chain restaurant with a Cold Stone inside. No lighting in the parking lot so sometimes difficult to see if theyre open

Tim Hortons coffee just isnt for me. This store is clean and quick. Has a Cold Stone Creamery inside as well.
