This used to be my favorite location from here to Ohio but in the last month or 2 customer service and ability to make regular menu items by newer employees has plummeted nose down. And whoever is responsible for ordering basic supplies like straws for example and scheduling staff either has no idea what they are doing or just doesnt care. I have my own business and I have worked retail and fast food. There are handy dandy reports to show you your busier times and whats the primary sales is so you know when you need more staff and more well trained staff to be more efficient. Tourist might put up with you this summer but the locals know there are other choices and your fall will be sad

Excellent service. I came with my friends from another country who didnt speak English well and they tried to order me a drink as a surprise to thank me for showing them around. They accidentally ordered a drink I couldnt have (Im allergic to dairy). The employees at Starbucks were more than happy to discreetly fix the mistake and not charge more for me needing soy milk which is usually an up charge, and my friends had no idea anything happened. I go to this location all the time because theyre so nice and helpful.

Ive been mobile ordering here 1-3 times a week for the past year. My orders are always correct and ready as soon as I walk in the door, which I cant say for the new center drive/best buy location (the management at this location is horrible, my orders are always wrong, and a few of the baristas are just plain cranky). In the off chance that my order isnt ready, the baristas drop everything to fix it quickly. (All of the baristas at this location are absolute angels

I was pleased with this Starbucks. I found it to be clean, logical, and accommodating. The staff I interacted with were friendly and attentive. The bathroom was clean. The Americano coffee I ordered was fresh and good. I had no problems during my time there, and quite enjoyed the slow, coffee-sipping lunch I had on the patio. My thanks goes out to those associated with this business. I have benefited from, and am grateful for, your service.

My favorite location in Wilmington. The longer term employees are very friendly and warm. The drive thru times can be a little longer than average for a starbucks. The outdoor seating is enjoyable any time of year , and offers a fireplace for the cooler months. This location suffers from being very awkward to access via car because of the 2 entrance placements.

Neat inside. Good Internet fast but unfortunately Internet seem not safe cuz of my Android show me pop prevent says not allowed me in. My friend says same thing his iPhone prevention us. Great coffee and atmosphere, if busy. In warm months, the seating outside adds enough space. Though the car park is small, there is plenty of extra right beside in the mall area. Bathrooms clean, and staff super friendly. Look forward to going back for more.

I just ordered 2 hot chocolates all the way and I get back plain hot chocolate. I guess they are a little overwhelmed with the amount of customers but they need to get the orders right since people are paying there money.

Always good coffee, very friendly staff who when not busy will chat with you and are happy to modify drinks to suit your tastes. Only complaints would be the ever expensive Starbucks prices and it can get busy on weekends.

I love this starbucks. The staff is friendly. Drive thru is slow moving during certain times of the day due to it being only one of two in wilmington (other is near bestbuy). Overall the look feel and experience is great!

Probably the fastest Starbucks in Wilmington, good service, great people. Its the biggest volume store in Wilmington so it can get a little bogged down during a rush, but the store itself is beautiful.

This is the slowest Starbucks in town do not come here if you are in a hurry. It is a nice place to hang out if you have nothing better to do for 30 minutes while you wait for your drink.

Its a Starbucks. Id love to frequent a local coffee joint, but the coffee here is just a bit better usually. This one has an outdoor fire pit which is pretty cool.

This Starbucks has the most space of any in town. Its definitely worth the trip if you want to sit down and do some work. Their staff are very friendly as well.
