I ordered 5 drinks. We wait a few minutes. One person had gotten theirs and we wait and wait..while they are filling drinks for people after us we still wait then two more come out ....we wait again. For a while and we sat there and wait after people again. And then one more comes out and we wait...im already irritated but get even more frustarted when I watch my smoothie melting. When they melt they become hot and watered down. Then finally the nice black lady who was at the register was done with the long line she saw we were still there and asked was ii still waiting and what i needed. All we needed was a coffee black. Thank god for her because the 4 other people who saw us standing there didnt care that we were still waiting...she apologized and sized our coffee up becaise we waited so long. I dont know her name but she had the prettiest amile. The only smile I saw that worked there out of 5 oeople. The most unorganized Starbucks Ive ever been too. When you have a big order work on that order so we can go. Needless to say I gave my son his smoothie and he didnt drink it becaise it was warm and wattered down as I said before. Hes not happy and Im Not happy either!

This Starbucks is great in costumer service. The baristas were extremely nice and gave such warm, genuine smiles when I went to order my drink. The reason for the four stars is because of the flies. I know that Starbucks is amazing that even the flies want to be a part of its awesomeness but it was quite annoying sitting on the comfy green chair, enjoying my cup of coffee to have three flies constantly landing on you. I guess I am getting my workout for the day by continually swatting at them and moving my feet to get them off. It is like these flies are doing it on purpose. Please solve the fly problem so then we can enjoy your delicious coffee without being bugged. Thank you.

I stopped in just after nine pm. No cars in the drive thru, no one in the lobby. I stood at the counter for a solid 30 seconds and there was nothing. The barista at the drive thru register looked at me twice and said nothing. The barista working the bar was too busy cleaning equipment. I get that youre doing tasks so you can go home in an hour, but ignoring customers at the counter is crap. I can make coffee at home, I come to Starbucks for the service. Too many times Ive been disappointed by the staff at this store and wont come back.

The staff here are great, but the drive-through is always clogged. If you want to get a drink at this store, I highly recommend using the order ahead function. This way you dont have to wait in the drive through line, and you get a few extra steps on the day. Otherwise the product is as you would expect, the bathrooms are clean, theres plentiful seating and most times you can find a place to park.

I found a lime green (summer cold cup) under the 30% clearance shelf and went I went to purchase I was told it was on the wrong shelf. I asked for the discount due to the error and was denied by the Manager (?) Diana. I paid full price along with a Venti and cranberry scone. I run a Medical Practice and understand the important of customer service. Very Disappointed!!

As any Starbucks the drink selection is great! Never had any problems with their customer service, theyve never gotten my orders wrong and theyre always Friendly. The store itself and the restrooms are always kept clean! Would definitely recommend for any coffee occasion. Its a good place to get some drinks, talk and relax after a long day.

They have always given me a correct order. When I wanted to purchase a bag of coffee from them one of the baristas talked to me about the types of coffee (with a couple of free samples). I found out then that they will grind any coffee beans for free. Just tell them how you plan to make your coffee (I get finely ground for my coffee maker).

Everythings closed with snow on Thursday 3-5, but this Starbucks is open and busy. Super nice staff, excellent little pastry-like snacks and a carmel brule latte that is to die for. Ive been here three times and had excellent service each time. Very friendly atmosphere. No judging if you have to camp out with your laptop!

Been to a lot of Starbucks and this is bar none the best. How many places have you ever gone where someone walk your wife to the car with an umbrella when it is pouring rain? Thank you Beth! Staff is the most outgoing and friendly. If I wasnt addicted to the coffee I would come back because of the people that work here.

They need to get a drive tru person willimg to do their job an not socialize. Took 10 min for the car in front and when I got to the window their was drinks waiting for the line that built up and blocking traffic coming into the shopping center. Get better drive tru service

Unbelievably long wait in the drive thru. Waited over 15 min...I wouldve gone in if I didnt have 2 kids with me! And after waiting that long the drinks were wrong...I would avoid this location if possible!

Always clean, always delicious and always friendly. Sometimes the drive through is backed up, but never tales to long, or you could just order ahead worth the app and walk in to pick it up. I love the app

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have been too. Dont wast your time here. There is another Starbucks just down the road in a couple miles. Go there instead.

Possibly the worst building design for a Starbucks. The drive through is so poorly planned, traffic backs up on a very busy road like clockwork.
