I am so disappointed in this location as I used to enjoy it. The past two days I attempted to yse the drive thru. Yesterday after work the line was almost wrapped around the building and not moving after I waited five minutes. This morning I was able to quickly order and pulled around to pay and get my order. The driver of the car in front of me apparently knew the barista and they proceeded to have a lengthy chat. The driver was given her order which must have been made incorrectly and was returned to the barista. She and the driver continue their conversation as the drive thru line grew longer. After waiting for yet another five minutes I gave up my place in line to take my son to his pediatric appointment. This location proves they are very slow and inefficient. I assumed if a customers order was not ready at the window they would be asked to pull over so other customers could be served. Even though this location is ideal because of its proximity to the mall I will be visiting the other location near Best Buy

I just dont understand how this place consistently performs well below expectations. Every time I go, the girl at the drive thru window is unprofessional, holding up a line of cars by chatting with people (I assume their friends) while others just wait and watch, hoping to get their drink in time to get to work, not to mention the hope of actually getting a HOT drink. Then, when it comes time to pay, they are nasty for no reason at all (after I give a warm hello and smile), not speaking a word, just snatching payment card and holding out the coffee with eyes rolled, this time in a conversation with a coworker. Im a Starbucks gold member and am used to a much more professional and efficient Starbucks experience so this valley mall location is a real disappointment. I know its in a convenient location but if you can, I would highly recommend you pick a new Starbucks. Drinks are subpar too. UPDATE: Morning staff is legit. Cant say the same about the PM

This Starbucks is combined with a Noodles sharing half the structure and is located in front of the Hagerstown Valley Mall. The drive through is well lit with a very easy to read menu (not that I need the menu as Im a frequent visitor). Ill reserve my fifth star for a future visit and a chance to walk inside. I was anxious to change up my usual and order the Smoked Butterscotch Latte in lieu of my usual Skinny Cinnamon Dolce - as a Rewards member, I was offered an extra 30 stars for trying this drink. It is so good! I try to stick to sugar free drinks but if youre going to be bad, YUMMO! Loved. Very efficient drive through, friendly cashier and an accurate order. The store is easy to see from the road (the mall is right off the highway) and its also easy to see as you are exiting the mall, as we were.

My favorite drink is a caramel frap. I have been to the Valley Mall location literally 20 times in the past 2 months since i am very close to this Starbucks. Every single time I ask for Extra Caramel Drizzle (which you have to pay like .60) 19 of those 20 times guess what. There is barely any caramel drizzle. If youre asking yourself why I dont have them add more or send it back. Thats because I dont like holding up the line with other people behind me. I get they are busy but it literally takes 2 seconds to put extra caramel drizzle. I am done. If I cant get what I pay for, i just wont go. 2 stars because the staff is always friendly.

In and out in three minutes and I know because I was hurrying for an Uber, and theres never really a wait at this one. The staff is super friendly here and seem to always get everything you say down in the first try. Theres never a small mess and its just an overall really nice location.

VERY slow, with an extremely long drive thru line! So, I went inside where there was no wait. Orlando was very helpful but, he was the bright spot. It was still slow (although Im sure it was still faster than the drive thru.) My drink and food were ok.

Only reason 2 star is they wont accept finished empty Starbucks cup thru drive thru to trash.. I Donno if its specific person coz I was able to do that before in diff location otherwise nice place

We stop here semi-frequently and never have an issue. Your average Starbucks. No problems here. The drive thru is a big plus. Much rather grab something and be on my way. Pretty quick.

Nice Starbucks that is quaint and quiet. Good amount of space to move about. Little odd layout for outside the store, but I like getting coffee here when I pass by.

Service was great, the drink was expensive but I knew that going in. This is personal preference but Im not a fan on the coffee. It tastes almost burnt.

Very nice girl working the register. While we were there the manager was restocking the womens bathroom. Drinks were perfect.
