I guess my bad review will not come as a surprise since so many have posted about the cashiers and drive thru. The worst customer service and nastiest people I have ever come across. I first was I drive thru, they said they were out of original glaze. I ask when more would be ready. It took three reposes from two people to tell it would be a while. Fine, I got out of drive thru line after 20 min to take my kids in to pick out what they wanted. So I would not hold up a long line any further. It only went down hill from there. Virgilona, the cashier clearly hates her job and life. I cant believe any establishment would pay her minimum wage. She was ignoring the phone, told me, my kids, and other customers she didnt want any of us to ever come back. I have work in the restaurant business. There have been the crazy and horrible nights. Guess what?? It was MY job to push through it with a smile on my face to make customers happy. I could tell the staff were beat up tonight by the special promotion being offered for the eclipse. I suggest you get rid of the two girls who obviously dont care nor want a job. Again, countless reviews in the past months should tell you a great deal of their team and business who allows this behavior. I will call to speak with a GM and Corporate office tomorrow. I took names and will report them. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

The doughnuts and coffee are great. But the customer service is definitely lacking. Girl in the drive through this morning was anything but nice. Sassy attitude, rude. You name it. It was like she was offended I asked for a straw for my iced coffee. And the way she handed me my coffee and doughnuts was rude as hell. (I didnt know it was even possible to do that in a rude manner, but she manages to). Even after all the rudeness, I tell her to have a nice day and she cant even manage a you too. I have to suffer through her every Sunday when I get Krispy kreme and it has finally annoyed me enough that I wont be back for a while. Take her off the drive thru and put her where she doesnt have to see a single customer because clearly she doesnt want to be in a customer facing position.

Donuts are great but the service is horrible! Everytime I go thru drive threw they act rudely and they,, literally mess up my order every time..They should fire everyone at the window,and hire people with better additudes that can take SIMPLE donut orders! Worst crispy cream in America! Plus my order I got today they handed me mashed donuts,,it looked like someone sat on them! WTF.and the girl gave me this look like something was wrong with me when she forgot my 6 donut order and did not removed because I did not have order screen in from of my face

As always, the doughnuts and tea is more than amazing, but it doesnt make up for the POOR service. The drive-thru person was rude and we were overcharged. We got to the window and seen a trashy service woman. Eww. So I guess you really dont know whos handling your food. Id recommend going to another one, dont waste your time or money here. They need more consideration as to who they hire. Yuck!

If you are looking for health food, why did you stop at a doughnut shop........Its really cool watching the doughnuts being made especially for kids. Best doughnuts in land! Service is typically good but each inside customer takes forever to pick out 12 different flavors. And you will too when its your turn. The original glazed are the best. Go when the HOT light is on.

Every single time I go to Krispy Kreme and ask for a bag to put my donuts in the cashier seems like its the worlds biggest issues. even after I say thank you and I have to tell them to have a nice day. the cashiers are never friendly very rude and ghetto if you hate your job that much that you get mad over someone asking for a bag, find a new job

"Mmmm... Doughnuts... " - Homer Simpson Krispy Kreme is the classic North Carolina doughnut. You dont want to miss the limited time Doughnut of the Month flavors. You may have to get there early in the morning to get the flavor of the month when its a cake style doughnut because they only make them in the morning and they sell out quickly.

Used Krispy Kreme donuts instead of the traditional cake for my wedding (2014). Management was very helpful and the donuts were priced reasonably. Went today to satisfy a sweet tooth and was again met with the melty deliciousness of a fresh donut. Use the 24 hour drive through or walk in, sit down or carryout, and enjoy a donut.

Went thru the kk drive thru at 1:40 am. The girl told me they werent serving doughnuts between the hours of 2 am to 5 am because of processing. (I think she said processing. I couldnt hear her because it sounded like she was barely talking into her headset) How can you advertise that yourre open 24/7 if youre technically not?

Always a great experience. Tbe best doughts on the planet. Dont listen to those that say britts. No way! Britts are only decent when very fresh. KK is the standard by which all doughnuts are measured for a reason. Little puffs of sweet warm air. The service at this location is always friendly and patient.

on the contrary...ive lived in wilmington for over 6 years and go to this kk location a few times a year & have NEVER received bad service. I always use the drive through and the person at the window is always courteous and patient. I WOULD recommend a second try to the unsatisfied customers.

Great hot donuts, but I read online you get a dozen for 80 cent , when I got to the register it was buy a dozen get the second dowzen for 80 cent very angry, had to run back to the car and lost my spot, but other than that the donuts were unbelievable sooo good!!! Thanks Krispy Kreme!!

The hot now sign when its lit up just about always makes me take a 15 minute detour to get a half dozen of the cotton candy of donuts. Love this company and their donuts. Good service all the time. No complaints in the half dozen or so times I have been in the last 8 months.

Bad and a waste of time, it took five mins and a circle of the building to get any greeting at the speaker. Went inside to see what was the case ... the employee didnt have any idea where the comment catds were or the manager... i left without a purchase at 12:17pm noon

Know what you want to order BEFORE you enter the drive thru! Twice now Ive been stuck behind an idiot that takes at the absolute minimum ten minutes to order. Its donuts.. its not that complicated. Order a dozen and move along.. people are waiting behind you!

Stopped by on vacation, hot light wasnt on (should have left then) but still didnt expect doughnuts less fresh than the ones you get in the grocery stores... the icing was dried on several of them. Wont waste our money again. Disappointing to say the least.
