Consistently worse than other Paneras. Sandwiches are smaller. Bread is older. Service is not great either. Yesterday they left out my large drink. I informed a woman standing near the counter. She called out to another standing at the register, who threw a cup to her coworker. She missed and the cup clattered among the registers. They had a good laugh and I got a cup that bounced around the registers and counter.

Fantastic! Not just the food, but the staff. My kids love it as well as myself and husband. We were traveling and my son left his diabetic bag. We did not realize we left it until we were in North Carolina. The manager, Desirea overnighted it to us immediately. A true life saver!

Food delicious and the company is doing great things with the food they serve. This location disappointed me. Forgot my cream and sugar for my coffee and never gave me my baguette. Wished I could say this is the only location that struggles with forgetting parts of your order...

Parking is tight with bank of america and social security office competing in the same lots. horrible instore marquee (text is a 5) noone can read to order...this store is below expected standard however flip side service is well above other locations.

Used to really enjoy the food here. Lately, not so much. Ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Bread on the sandwich as well as the baguette were not fresh. Soup was not close to as good as I remember it. Disappointed.

Cant get a simple take outorder. Cashier: Synetha. Did not clarify any part of the order. She just assumed it was for one person and typed in whatever she saw fit. My husband didnt notice till 30 mins later when he was home.

Love that thet have the kiosk. We get to customize our orders and it always come out great. Plus, the owner passes by and gives dessert samples. Plus, they have good gluten free options for those interested.

Whats not to like? Consistent quality from location to location. Always fresh, dependable. Anyone who thinks it is expensive does not value the time of the staff or the overhead of running a business.

This is my favorite place to have lunch. Salad is fresh and sandwiches hit the spot. Healthy too. Sometimes I go there for the oatmeal and quinoa breakfast. Plenty of choices for vegetarians.

Good hand crafted foods but at a steep price. Panera has the type of food that could be easily reproduced at home for a much cheaper cost. Restuarant is clean and staff is friendly.
