I bought my 2012 Subaru Impreza from Ultimate Subaru in March and I enjoyed every moment of the process. We ordered gray first and within weeks of delivery, I changed my mind and wanted white. The sales manager, Harry, said to me, "Its all about you. Lets get the car you want." I was so excited! When my car arrived, my salesman, Earl, drove with me and showed me all the (amazing!!) features and explained to me how the CVT transmission works as it sounds much different than the standard gas hog transmission I have always been used to. The finance process was quick and easy. No haggling and I got a great APR and low monthly payment. Ive even been in for my first service and Priscilla, my service adviser, is super friendly and professional and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Subaru makes an outstanding product and Ultimate Subaru knows how to show it off. They make buying and owning a car fun. I wish there were a higher rating than Excellent.

I needed to drop my fathers car off to get work done for a factory recall issue. He is too sick to drive, so I planned to drop his car off for a 10am appointment. My Dad needed to go to the ER because of some complications with his cancer treatment. Instead of cancelling the appointment I decided to drop my Dad and my mom off at the ER at around 8am, Then dropped his car off at the dealership around 9am (about an hour before his scheduled appointment), and just wait the 2.5 hours instead or getting a ride back home or to the hospital. Before I knew it the issue was fixed and the they washed the car in about an hours time I was on my way back to the hospital. Wow! Thanks to to the young lady, Gary J, and Kevin for providing me with excellent service. Chris M.

Incredibly poor service. I received multiple emails and phone calls from them trying to sell me a vehicle that I did not want. When I replied to provide the specs on the vehicle that I did want priced, I was treated rudely by the sales manager and expressly told that they did not want my business. I will never ever consider this dealership for anything. Subaru would be ashamed at this lack of courteous customer service.

My Subaru was in need of a specific repair, took it in and had it diagnosed. Got my car back fast and the whole process was a piece of cake. Ultimate Subaru really takes care of you for all your Subaru needs. From parts to service to sales, I highly recommend Ultimate Subaru of Fredericksburg! (Not a paid endorsement but my own experiences of being a customer for over 10 years. Yes, since 2006!!!)

This place needs some serious improvement on customer service. The sales people are not up to Subaru quality I have found with other Subaru dealers. New car purchase, on 3rd Subaru. would go elsewhere if I had known of the sub-par quality of the sales people from initial sales person to manager and money guy. The service department was quite good and polite though.

I was traveling from out of town and noticed my tail lights had stopped working. I was able to stop in to see what was wrong with my car. Luckily it was a minor issue was was fixed within 2 hours. I was back on way without any issues at all! I was very thankful for the kind and professional service especially with being out of town.

Ask for Dave Nameth! He was there to greet us when we got there, in the rain, quickly got the keys to the car that we came to look at, let us test drive it for a long time and bring it to my mechanic to have a look at it and was able to get us a great deal on a wonderful car! Earl and Harry both where awesome. I called Earl told him what I wanted he said he had one but a bad windstorm crushed the roof of the car so he had a new one picked up. I looked at it and knew it was what I wanted. I sat down signed papers and got the best deal on this car according to truecar. GREAT JOB!
