My husband & I have looked @ a vehicle 2 weeks prior to making our final purchase! The young man told us that the vehicle might still be there when we decide to come in, in that 2 weeks time period!!! When we went 2 weeks later he lead us to believe that it was still the same vehicle that we had looked @ two weeks before!!! Turned out it wasnt the same vehicle & of course he didnt bring that to our attention, we discovered that after we got home & find out that one of the features wasnt on the vehicle that we purchased, but was on the other one that we had looked at prior to purchasing the one 2 weeks later! Second after all the paper work was completed & we went to get in the vehicle, we could not slide the second roll seat to enter into the third row!!! Turned out that there was plenty of trash in the tracks where the seats slide ( after about thirty minutes of the salesman trying to show us how to slide the seats)! Therefore the salesman had to go & vacuum the tracks where the seats slide & then it worked!!!! My husband & I are satisfied with the vehicle, but would have preferred honesty from the salesman & our pre-owned vehicle DETAILED before we picked it up!!! My suggestion to him was, it would be nice to have the vehicles DETAILED before customers pick them up, they are pre-owned vehicles but to the buyer they are NEW to them!!!!!

I took my mother to Interprise in February after loosing her home and car in a tornado.We meet with Jordan P.Very young man that was pleasantly knowledgeable about what he was doing.He caught my attention quickly because he was very concern with my Mom just being in a tornado.For a few minutes Financial Associate Alison and Jordan werent car sales man.They were caring people.Very sympathetic to my mom and her needs and what had just turned her life upside down.They made this so quick and easy for her.Upon leaving I told them if I ever decided to buy another car I would definitely come to them.4 months later I was in accident couldnt remember Jordan P.name.However through our small talk I found him.I knew he went to Hampden Sydney college.I knew he work Interprise in Farmville.I was glad to meet him and Alison once again.Their first question was hows your mom.....Love them.I left happy with a 2015 Mustang.

Had a rental from Enterprise due to an accident in which my vehicle was totaled, and a suggestion from the folks at the location to try them for a replacement led me to the Enterprise web page. Was able to "shop" and when I saw a vehicle I was interested in, it was at a location 50 miles away! I contacted Joe Siegel at my local sales location in Richmond and he had the vehicle brought up there so I didnt have to travel down to Newport News to see it. Subsequently I purchased the car and am well pleased with it! financing was arranged by the team there and I got a great rate. No pressure to purchase "fluff" everybody was courteous and worked on my timeline! I would say so far Im a very satisfied customer, and would use them again, and suggest them to friends for a purchase of a vehicle!

Well, first this is my first time buying a car. Stressful right? NOT! The experience was very exciting and swift. I was introduced to Dustin Scales, hes the man! The process didnt take ALL day, like everyone said it would! Maybe like an hour! He really took his time to explain and helped me understand the process in detail and he answered any question I had! I was referred to Enterprise by a friend, but my experience was not good at all. I would never buy anything else from them or recommend anyone to them. They sold me an suv knowing the transmission was bad. So after driving it for almost 2 1/2 weeks I have to take it to the manufacturer to get it fixed when I really wanna take it to the lot and leave it there. Should have known something was wrong because they were too anxious, John and James. Trust your first instincts people because mine was telling me no the entire time. There are alot of crooked people who like to get over on women so be careful because they sold me a lemon.

Cameron was very knowledgeable, courteous and really easy to work with. He convinced me test drive a competitive vehicle different than the one I came to look at and guess what? My car salesman was Dustin (Absolutely the GREATEST!!!), he asked me some questions to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a car and picked out my new baby for me. I like the large selection of vehicles and that ,they do everything right on the spot no smoke and mirrors ,they let you know whats available for you and if you need anything else its not going to take them a couple of days or let you drive off and then call you in a couple of days saying you couldnt get approved for a loan.its a no brainer, I appreciate they way the sales team at Enterprise made me feel ,Thanks Mr. Hobbs and sales staff, for all your experience and professionalism, And thats why I recommend them to people that I know need vehicles.

GREAT car-buying experience. The Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and, importantly, not pushy. He quickly understood our needs and budget and made helpful recommendations. The Manager was similarly friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy when it came to discussing extended warranty, financing, etc. Of course, the price was highly competitive and the "No Haggle" policy was a pleasure - there were no staged meetings between the Salesperson and Manager to make it seem as if they were making a great deal.
