I purchased a vehicle from Apple Auto Sales at the beginning of 2016. I found the deal on the car I wanted (early 201x Honda Civic) via USAAs Car Buying Service. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews here but decided to give them a try. The "USAA Car Buying Service Guaranteed Price" meant haggling would be over any repairs required, so thats what I prepared for. I was already approved for a loan from my bank so I wasnt looking for financing from Apple Auto Sales, only a car. I met with Imran Ahmed early in the day and we took the car for a quick drive. Everything looked okay but I wanted to take it to my mechanic first, who I had on call for this appointment. It took a little talking but Imran agreed and let me take the car for several hours to get it checked out. My mechanic found a few things, but nothing too bad for the asking price. When I came back and mentioned the handful of items (tire wear, windshield wipers, oil, cabin air filter), Imran had one of his guys take care of it while we sat and talked. There were a few other items that couldnt be fixed at the time (small crack in windshield), but he agreed to throw in a longer engine+transmission warranty, which I didnt end up needing to use. Once the car was done and the deal settled, we hopped over to his bank to take care of business, came back, and I was able to drive the car off the lot. The car is still working today with no repairs required outside of normal maintenance. I would recommend Apple Auto Sales based on the experience and quality of the vehicle. Just make sure to get it checked out and be prepared to leave if you dont like what you see or you feel like you arent getting a good deal.

STAY AWAY! My boyfriend and I drove 2.5 hours to go look at a car we saw listed on Car Gurus, and on Craigslist. After we showed interest in a Subaru the owner raised the price and said it was a typo. First RED FLAG! How can it be a typo on 2 websites? He asked us when we were coming to see the car so we told him in the afternoon. When we arrived the car wasnt ready! WE also told him we were coming from far away.They were in the garage doing "things" to it.The pictures online also were edited. The car had grease smeared on the dash and needed detailed unlike the pictures. As soon as we test drove it, the check engine light came on and the cruise control light kept blinking! Another RED FLAG! Why wasnt this fixed before we drove 2.5 hours!? They told us they ordered a part and it wouldnt come for a couple days because it was a hard part to get. Supposedly within 12 hours it was fixed and they wanted to sell it to us. I doubt they fixed the problem! The owner called and was disrespectful on the phone. When we said we werent willing to pay the raised price. He told us consider the car gone. VERY RUDELY! The owner wasnt at the car dealership when we were there, so he wasnt willing to make a sale anyway! We may be a young couple, but my boyfriend knows cars! We car shopped around and no one has heard of this place. Its in the middle of car lots that restore crashed cars. The owner even called us after he saw a review on google, threatening us to take the review down! (I just wanted to write a more detailed review on our HORRIBLE experience!) Be prepared for problems when you go here.

RUN FAR FAR WAY FROM AHMED!!!!!! I will give credit where credit is due. The service is personal and friendly(only when theyre taking your money), and the cars are reasonably priced but buyer beware this business will say anything upfront to get you to purchase the vehicle and will deny of the agreements made once they have recieved their money. BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC BEFORE BUYING! They will try and cover up any MAJOR mechanical issues. Theyre not a BBB accredited business for a reason ! Very shady business practices, very poor / agressive customer service when it comes to problem resoluton. Wont give you any information about personal or owners in the event that you need a problem fixed.

The techs here are a joke. All the state inspections are outsourced to other shops around town since they dont have any inspectors. The more state inspections I do for them the more I realize not one person there understands the way vehicles work or how to inspect one by the state guidelines clearly stated in the inspection manual. Most cars that they eventually get to pass state inspection have so many other problems Im honestly surprised they havent run into legal problems yet. I would NEVER buy a car from them and would highly suggest you get it inspected somewhere else before considering a purchase.

Just got approved for a car i love, 2007 black Audi A4. The owner was nice and worked hard to help me get what i want. Took car to get checked by Advanced Auto and only thing not working is passenger side wiper, but drivers side is fine so im in no hurry to fix that but owner told me i can come fix it at anytime. Cant speak for others but my experience is no problem at all. Thanks Apple Auto Sales. Beeppppppp Beeppppp HAHAHA

Stay far away we went here a year ago and purchased a volvo s80 two weeks later the transmission went on it, We called and ask for our money back or for them to repair it. Amad the owner hung up on us.... And then told us it was our fault. Please stay away and take your money elsewhere

Best Place in Fredericksburg area to buy used vehicle. Very responsible and professional staff. They fixed my brakes free after 4 months of driving the vehicle, not only they changed oil as well. Love you guys .
