I went to scan a document and asked for help. I was told to start the system and he would come and help me.. I started the system and was trying to get the attention of the employee was told me he would be with me and he just disnt come and i was charged on my credit card for 5 mins. Then i had to stand in the line (though i came before all of them) to get my money back. But this time at the counter i encountered another guy who was patient and nice and helped me with scanning the document. If that guy did not want to help me...then why did he ask me to start the system ..just to rob my money. had he told me he would not help me in the first place, i would have just walked away and find some one else. Strange to find two opposite mentality guys in the same office... as other review states this is understaffed.

Horrible horrible service! I was in a rush to ship a package to Korea for my mother since it is Thanksgiving week. The employee did not come to the front service desk until 3-5minites later. I told them I was urgently sending this asp because my car is parked outside by the pay to park area. He rudely replied the previous customer was also in a rush. Okay, I get that but really he was taping the boxes... Then a lady comes, slowly asks few things and slowly types in the address. They had a poster saying "we understand. Your business never ends" and what are they doing??? The price range for my mothers gift was $123 which is ridiculous since Im only a student! I understand it is the weight and the destination but still! My box only weighed 3.3 lbs. I will never visit here again

Time and again I have been impressed with how efficient, courteous and exceptionally competent the staff is at this FedEx location even during high volume hours. At times where there was an obvious shortage of counter help the attending staff member remained steadfast to the attributes that make this location so exceptional. It must be acknowledged that Mr. Jesse Savary epitomizes levels of professionalism and competence that seem to elude the masses in similar industries. FedEx needs to recognize this if they already haven’t. Composed at all times, Mr. Savary manages to maintain the high level of proficiency required to ensure that his phase of overnight package delivery is not compromised.

Excellent in-house service. I was helped right away, and he spent extra time with my file to try and color match for me. I was very pleased with both the service and the quality of the prints. Also not too hard to find parking close by. It didnt work too well to send a file by email for a proof.... maybe if I had used the website for this? I had to call and remind them to print my proof. After my call they printed it and called me to let me know it was ready. All in all I had a very good experience dealing with them.

While the staff there is generally helpful, it was somehow impossible to try and get a photo taken off of a thumb drive and printed as a passport photo (2" x2"). Not sure why this is not possible to do, but apparently it is. Yes, the person working there was able to take the photo using their own camera, but my friend already had her desired (good looking) photo on her thumb drive. Three stars for the inability to print a 2"x2" photo - its a print shop for goodness sakes...

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in today just to pick up a package and the one person working did not greet me or asked what I needed. I had to get her attention and then she proceeded to tell me that she was helping another customer like I should have known that. The other customers concerns took a very long time and I stood around for 15 minutes waiting to be handed a box. Im extremely disappointed that my quick request was not addressed in a favor of another customer.

I had an irregular size print job (program invitations) needed in short order. Since the staff at STAPLES insisted they could facilitate these kind of projects, I opted to give the nearby FedEx shop a try. Glad I did. Thanks Jesse, for the Excellent customer service! Give that man a raise!!

I dont normally write reviews but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I dont know why other people rated them so low, perhaps the previous employees were bad at one point in time. Regardless they are very good now and I would be happy to recommend them to my friends.
