They are completely incompetent. Dropped off 2 items that needed packing and shipping. The rep told me theyd put it on my account and Id be emailed a receipt with tracking numbers, it couldnt be done on the spot because the packing guy had not arrived yet. I never received the email. I called twice to find out whats going on and Im told someone would get back to me, which no one did. I go into the store to get help and no one can find a receipt or tracking numbers for my two items. The only decent help was the trainee doing her best to figure it out, everyone else in the store could really care less. Ill try my luck with another carrier next time.

This place is just horrible. I mean, all FedEx stores are horrible, but this one is the worst. Came in to Fax, and didnt get my reciept. I went to Umar but he wasnt helpful. Then James came and offered help, I told him that I needed the receipt for what I faxed. He said Ill do it for you, but left me hanging and went on to help other customer who arrived way after I arrived. so I waited approximately 5-10 minutes for JUST A RECEIPT!!!!!!!!! James forgot about me and continued helping the other customer. Thank you James for your outstanding SERVICE. I will definetly come back, just to spit at the entrance.

I had a good experience with this place. Got there on a Friday at around noon when it wasnt too busy and got a lot of much needed help from Christian. He made sure I knew where everything I needed was and answered all my questions. Plus he went out of his way to show me that my shipment was properly postmarked, etc, since that was something I really needed to be exact (I was working with a deadline). All in all, great service.

We had Kofi "helping" us and he was incredibly unhelpful. We had to ask many questions such as printing sizes, we were constantly looking things up on the FedEx website to answer our questions instead of their employee who was right in front of us. Blatantly ignored us and walked away a few times. I cannot say enough bad things about his lack of service.

Great place, supplies and services and the staff is helpful but there are far too few of them. Each customers transaction or need for assistance takes, in most cases, a fair amount of time. FedEx is not putting the resources there to help people and the lines are far too long. By the way this was on a Thursday around the noon hour.

Friendly & helpful staff & management. I pickup here 4 or 5 days in a week. Each time Im welcomed with smiles. My pickup orders are always ready to go. If busy they get to me as soon as another agent. It always a good day here to be greeted by Kofi, Raj, James, Christian, Umar, Muhammad, Jessica, Cynthia, Holly & more.

Ive had a few terrible experiences at a FedEx/Kinkos. Many of them have terrible customer service. Kofi, at this particular location, was so easy to work with. I had to get two large posters printed for the following day. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process surprisingly painless.

Best 24hr FedEx in NOVA. Friendly and very helpful overnight staff. Brought my computer in at midnight and he kindly took it and wrapped it up for me immediately. I really needed to get this done that night so I appreciate them a lot! 10/10 would recommend and come back.

This store is a joke. The guy behind the counter could not even tell me how a report would look. When I asked when a report consisting of 25 sheets of xerox paper size 8 x 11 would cost he told me he would have to see it. Dont waste your time going to this store.
