I wish I had read the reviews here!!! The service person working here is extremely demeaning, rude, and unkind. He seemed bothered to have to deal with customers. I would go out of my way to never use this offices service again. I needed to print out something really quick, and I asked how to use the copier, he just pointed at the machine, basically telling me to figure it out. I never used the copier in the office in that setup. I always had computer installed where I can print things off! Anyways, I didnt have the thumb drive, so I found out that my only option was to download the app or borrow his computer (like I have in UPS when they didnt have customer computers) After trying to download the app for 10 minutes (and apparently having to wait another 20 minutes to complete the download) on my 2g phone, I asked him if I can please use his computer to fetch the file since I am really running late (if i miss my train coming in 10, I will have to wait another 30 minutes).... He said that he cant let me use it because this is for business use only, but in a really rude and kurt manner! (why?!) I mean. if your customer isnt your business, Im not sure what is. I can understand that he wants to strictly follow the companys rule, but my problem is with his attitude (facial expression, tone of voice, and gestures)! The whole time I was asking for his help, he was so demeaning like he had better things to do and like I was someone stupid or annoying. There was no other customers in the office. I just dont understand why he would work in a customer service if he find his job displeasing!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, very unpleasant experience. I should of read these reviews before I went there. The guy helping (Charles or Charlie) was beyond rude. He was very unpleasant right from the beginning as I walked in. I felt as if he was trying to make one feel inferior, but I had to stop him. I told him straight up to change his attitude. He just comes across as very rude and unprofessional. Definitely NOT a peoples person or someone that should be working for Fedex.. FedEx? Come on... I thought you guys were better than this. DONT BOTHER GOING TO THIS STORE, YOU WILL LEAVE THERE STRESSED OUT!!

Agree, with Nathan. Ive seen mostly the same guy working at this FedEx location and he is hardly interested in helping you with anything nor does he provide much service. Most questions are answered in part if he responds to your questions at all. Anything you need dont bother asking. If you cant do it yourself then you should find another location. Dont bother coming here because he wont get off his butt to help with anything.

Both times Ive been in there, a man who only speaks English badly is the only person on duty. This results in long lines and bad service once you get to the front of the line. I told him that I wanted a number printed on stickers and he did not know what stickers were. I finally had to go get the package of Avery Labels and show him. Theres an all around lack of anything that could be termed "service."

This fedex is terrible but fedex reserves most of their machines for large orders put in online, not walk-ins that dont know what a paper tray is let alone which way to put the paper. fedex is run on strict company rules type policies and some foreign workers dont understand how to stray from that to please customers. my recommendation is to go to another fedex

Went in to copy, scan, and ship 2 pages ... Was told to do it myself... Apparently, this location is no longer a Full Service location (or does not know the meaning of that phrase) ... If I wanted to do it myself, I would have bought a scanner and gone to the post office... I would recommend going to any other FedEx Kinkos than this one

fed up with poor service, unfortunately there has been only 1 person on duty each time I have reluctantly gone in there, the service clerk on duty appears to cop an attitude over the simplest of questions, possibly because of his lack of English skills and because he is the only one there, the place nears more service clerks on duty

Horrible customer service and rude behaviour with customer, doesnt know how to deal with customers. The staff, who told me he has been working from 9 years and pretending knew everything. I have a one suggestion for him, go to school again and learn some manner.

Same gentleman has always been here. He doesnt seem mean or grumpy. Just his disposition. Only one person to help so if there is a line then you cant be in a rush. Id be grumpy too if I didnt have any help.

HORRIBLE SERVICE Person never showed up and labeled it as customer was unavailable. They did it twice now! This is just plain wrong! FEDEX DO YOUR JOB! If you cant handle it, let USPS do it instead

Do not go here. This place is supposed to open at 8. Got there at 8:20... no one was there. Thankfully there is a much better FedEx location on Rockville Pike that was close by.
