Margaret October 18, 2011 Five Stars DO USE THIS Fedex Office!!! Looking at the front of the buiding, from 355 (Rockville Pide), the correct parking lot is to the right of the building. When I turned right into the correct parking lot from 355, I found ample handicap and regular parking spaces. Maurice who started working there in April of 2011 was extremely helpful and friendly!!! The parking to the left of the building is private and cars will be towed away at a retrieval cost of $125.00. I have to say that when I read the June 14, 2011 review, I was very skeptical about using this facility, but had to because they could print out the return shipping lable that HP had sent me and other facilities could not. I have given all of this information directly to Fedex and hope it will be helpful to other customers.

I went to this location twice to try to fax an important document. Not only were the employees disinterested and unhelpful, when I asked for help with the fax machine, the guy just pointed to the fax and walked away to go chat with the other employees. The second time I went the same unhelpful employee was haggling with a customer over a shipping box which he packed with $27 worth of packing supplies without asking her. Both times I had to wait for at least ten minutes to get the attention of one of the employees to pay for my fax services (which didnt work anyway). Terrible location, rude, unhelpful staff. They are doing a really good job of making FedEx/Kinkos look really bad.

Matthew, the manager, just shepherded my invitation print job, navigating all the challenges with fonts in the MS Publisher file with which I was working. Hardly an hour after starting, I walked out the door this afternoon with 50 terrific, high-quality color copies. Thank you, Matthew, and Fedex Office Rockville!

Do not EVER use this Fedex office! The parking lot is a trap for tow trucks who prey on people when they go into the store and then tow their car. Unless you want to spend another $125 to retrieve you car do not frequent this business....

Katie is incredibly helpful and always responsive. Have used this location many times for work and have experienced quick turn arounds and quality service. You pay a premium for rush work, of course, but youd find that anywhere.

I was in the store March 5 2016. The woman in charge was efflicient, knowledgeable, fast, and honest. I overpaid by $50 but she found the error and corrected it immediately. I will definitely go back.

Ive been to this store a few times and also find them rude and unhelpful. The last time I asked for a large box and the employee said why dont you try UPS and walked away.
