Horrible!!! I asked for a small box as he saw iphone device needs to ship out with voucher from Sprint. He gave me pretty large boxes and then third box was right 8"x8"x8". I asked for a bubble wrap and he mumbled and I do not understand him and got myself into frustration and then walked out. Filed a complain with Fedex customer service. That person is a real professional tardy which there was a customer before me took 14 minutes with mouse running on the pad and silent then finally got a printed out ship voucher. Wow, I never saw anyone that S L O W E S T!!!

Correction: Fedex Office (no longer Fedex Kinkos as of 2008) moved February 23rd to 7010 Wisconsin Ave. This is between Orvis and Parvisians and across from Don Pollo and Moby Dick. There is only street parking available on that side of Wisconsin however theres a metered lot behind the restaurants across the street. You DO NOT want to deal with the tow truck driver at 3:30 on weekdays. READ THE PARKING SIGNS! The staff has changed a little but for the most part youll see the same faces as before.

Ive used their print services on many occasions. They always do an efficient job-most jobs have an immediate turnaround. Staff is amiable and easy to work with- they may not know everything but they spend the time to talk and understand exactly what you want.

I went here to print out some formal stuff. There was an equipment problem, but a staff member, John, worked around it and ended up billing me fairly. The staff at a place like this is the most important thing, and I suspect this branch knows it.

I asked for a box because they were out of them in the display area and told them I was shipping non fragile. They then tried to charge me 4 times the price because they packed it with bubble wrap. Do not go over priced terrible customer service.

Horrendous prices. totally disgusted with what I was charged for 20 minutes of computer time to print. This feels archaic. Never again. Ever. Go someplace else. Dont even come for five minutes of work/print time.

The staff there are rude. They force me buy their box and service, even I am going to buy the box there. He force me using his wrapper service which I dont need. I would never do business with them any more.

It took the guy 25 mins to make a box to ship one golf club. This doesnt include the time it took to make the transaction. Which was another 15 mins. Be prepared to park for such a time limit.

Pretty bad. They had 2 people helping one person with a line and other open registers. For such a busy area youd think they would be used to so many customers

Warning: Contrary to whats on the web site, this location is NOT open 24 hours anymore. On Sunday, at least, it opens at 9am. Call first.
