After searching for a bit i found the best place that i feel very comfortable with going to, to do my shipping. i tend to spend a lot of time in a store going back and forth on what options i want go with and also very unsure about what my options even mean. Wade was very helpful and thoroughly explained every option and price and why each price was what it was. after him explaining them i didnt need to make sure the documents were there by 8a.m. and went with a 2 day shipping instead. but was happy to know i have an option for something to be delivered that fast! (didnt even know that was possible). My overall experience here was great! i felt welcomed and happy i wasnt taken advantage of for not really knowing what shipping i needed. they actually care for the customer and not trying to rip them off because they dont know what they truly need or want. i also loved the fact that they have free parking in the parking lot behind the building. made me not have to search on a crowded street to find parking and pay way to much in a garage. great store! will be taking all of my future shipping needs here for sure!

The staff at this store is always helpful and attentive when I come to pick up my mail and packages. If you need a mailbox service I would recommend UPS, specifically this store (Clarendon), instead of a P.O. box. It has a convenient location and free parking; ride the metro or drive. Wade, the owner, is usually available if you have any questions or concerns. This store is very organized and is a model of how any UPS store should operate.

I had to ship a package internationally and had tried multiple places to no avail. Wade absolutely went above and beyond to find a solution. He saved me hours of time on their website trying to figure it all out for myself. If you want to do business with someone who will go out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you need...ship packages from this store in Clarendon. I was/am truly grateful.

When Ive been to UPS Stores in the past, Ive always felt uneasy about what my charges were and felt almost taken advantage of. This store is different. Wade, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful about all his services and products and will go above and beyond to make sure Im getting the best deal possible. Hell take care of you! Plus, theres free parking!!

Exceptional customer service...the manager took the time to explain options to me and was proactive in addressing my cost concerns. Also was nice that it was after post office hours and worked better with my obligations during the day. The free parking was a nice little bonus too.
