I know that good help is hard to find, but when your customer service rep completely botches the opening of a mailbox and then lies about what she told the customer at time of opening...you have a serious integrity problem. If it werent for the fact that my husband and I already changed our address and got new licenses etc, I would have closed my PMB today instead if fixing the paperwork. Jenny was extremely helpful and friendly but the other associate really lacks customer service and integrity. Im appalled by the way she spoke today, lying about how we said we didnt want my husband on the mailbox when the day we were in to open it, he had his Ids out waiting for her. We even asked her about putting him on it and she said he didnt need to be... The THREE times we were in there trying to get the box open with her, she was more concerned about the young gentleman that was hanging out than doing her job. And the be talked to the way she did when I called the other night with a question about hours. I apologize for making her have to do work, but I kinda thought that is what she is getting paid for. Far cry from the first time I went in and Amar assisted me. I felt confident going with UPS but not, even though I fixed the paperwork with Jenny, I feel uneasy and a little regretful about my decision. And from reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only one that has had foul dealings with this young lady.

I took an old Edison Standard Phonograph with horn to be professionally packed and shipped to Texas. I paid approx $50 to have the item packed. The item didnt ship as the buyer backed out, but Im glad it didnt. I opened the box to see how it was packed and was shocked to see how careless it was packed. The horn was wrapped in bubble wrap, which I have no problem with, but the player was just set in the box, the crank was set in loose, and the player wasnt even cover with the peanut packing material. Had the box been tilted in transit there is no way the player would have kept from turning over. I would have at least expected any opened spaces in the box be filled with peanuts to prevent shifting. I contacted the store and was told they were sorry, but Im out $50 and will now have to repack it myself. If you have something packed there, ask to see the packing before they seal it up. This was a rip off in my opinion.

I only return packages with prepaid UPS stickers at this place for convenience. I once asked for a price on banners and the response was "I dont know the prices, the owner is the only one who can get in the computer." Another time, I needed to send a package to the Caribbean and I was told (SERIOUSLY)- "You should go to the post office." I was so stunned, I called back. Same answer but this time the young lady tried to explain. (BTW, Ive been sending packages to the Caribbean for 2 years). They will not have mine, nor my churchs business. Sorry guys. We tried. Well keep you in prayer though!

Waited all day for the UPS guy to stop by my home so I could receive a package that required a signature. Somehow the UPS guy stopped at my home for the 10 minutes I was away to get my kid from school. I called this UPS store and let them know my situation. She took my information and said she would ask her UPS driver when he came by to see if my package was on his truck and would hold it if it was. Luckily it was, and I was able to still get my package that day. Fantastic customer service, I think.

Walked out of this store after the woman refused to help me because she was on a personal phone call. I stood at the counter waiting for to hang up, and she put the phone on speaker, continued to listen and just stood there instead of assisting me. I was speechless! Then, I went back a few days later to mail the same package, and the entire store was locked up in the middle of the day. No note. Unbelievable!

Made an appointment to have some loan papers notarized on a Sat morning. I have no car right now so I walked in 20 degree weather for an hour and when I get there Im told the notification system doesnt always tell the staff that someone has made an appointment. So their notary wasnt there. Wasted two hours of a very cold Sat.

This place is great! I shipped from here quite a few times and its always packed great and always on time. Fair prices, nice people, and do all carriers--UPS, USPS, FED-EX....Great store and will definitely return with all my shipping needs as I have family abroad.
