Horrible service, both times Ive been there to pick up my shipments and was not greeted with a friendly welcome. Ive been inside the store to pick up my parcel, and told them that that was notified as dropped off at this location a day prior, they took my I.D and glance at the boxes and said it will probably be with other shipments in the afternoon. I went home and called up UPS to verify the location of my package, and they said it has been dropped off at this location and I can go pick it up. I returned in the afternoon around 1300 and once again ask for them to check, after another quick glance they said "the packaged has not arrive, the driver probably put it as delivered and forgot to drop them off". At that point I walked over to where they piled up the package and VOILA, sitting right there was the package that has been dropped since yesterday. I told them that the package is right there and they proceed to pick it up and ring it up without saying another word to me, even when I said thank you afterwards. I was very disappointed at this UPS location.

The employees are very nice and friendly and we have nothing negative to say. About the person claiming about the notarization of their closing documents done incorrectly....it was your title companys responsability to hire a certified notary signing agent, one that is familiar and has knowledge in loan closing docs. I know what I am talking about because I am a Certified Notary and this my full-time job. The only thing I think the UPS store should have is an outside drop-off box for after hours and Sundays even if there is no pick-ups later.thank you for your services UPS in Brandon Ave.!!! :)

If being bent over, violated, fed to the wolves and left for the buzzards to pick whatever might be left in your WALLET is your goal - this is one stop shopping! I wanted to send a 14lb Large package to Texas before Christmas (seven days in advance) and they were going to charge me...wait for it...$121.00 !!! That same package cost me $40.05 via FEDEX with a guaranteed delivery in 3 days with no Insurance premiums. Lesson learned BIG TIME!!

I always got fast service here. Dropped off boxes and was able to get in and out most of the times. They offer notary service here also. I think $5/Signature. It seems kinda steep $5/Signature. It should be $5 overall. Anyhow the store is organized. Great employees.

I always walk into this store and get friendly service. Not today. I greeted the rep(think he greeted me back?) I asked if i could have a strip of tape to seal off my package. He said he has to charge me for tape. Wow. Wont be mailing anything at this store again.

Handled the snow storm situation horribly. Needed my package for the snow it said it left Springfield at 6:10am and at 4:20pm they tell me it wont be here mean while I could have just picked it up myself! I only live 10 minutes away !!!!

They are life savers! I work in the area and I frequently send print jobs over that I am behind schedule on. I simply email my order and it is ready to pick up in a few hours tops. The prices for smaller jobs are fair, and quick.

Awful. I brought two boxes 7" x 14 prepaid shipping and they want to charge me for one strip of tape I Have probably sent 10 packages a week out of this location and will never return. Dont waste your time with this location

Notarized paperwork wrong, for my house closing, delaying my process. Also complained when I got there 20 minutes before closing. If you hours of operation are until 6, then are you not expected to provide service until 6?

UPS is very unorganized and really dont care about their customers and delivering their packages. They would rather you pick up your package at a center then to deliver. Very poor customer service Im disappointed.
