Lets just say after experiencing several poor occurrences i am calling it quits. To start off, whoever the manager or owner of the store is, is just down right rude and a horrible person to deal with. He is the older black man, usually at the store, and i have seen him have disagreements with SEVERAL customers. To start, i walked into the UPS, store to drop off a package to him calling a customer rude and raising his voice (with several people in the store), over and over again. He blatantly ignored the customers request to talk to a manager. At this time, he walked away from the customer and assisted me. I dropped off the packages, without getting a receipt, which i was never asked about, and left the store. 10 days later my packages are still not being tracked. I called and spoke with him on the phone asking if it is possible the packages were not scanned or if the UPS store is still holding them. I received an attitude immediately. First off, he snapped at me saying "we do not hold packages here!" i was surprised at his immediate accusatory tone towards me. He was talking down to me, like i had no brain at all. He continued to cut me off and tell me i was being rude. I was simply explaining what he asked me in a lot of detail because he didnt understand! How was I rude? He then continued to say sorry, i cant help you, the package appears to never been delivered, I am doing 10 things here, and have done all i can to assist you with, sorry". At this point i thanked him and hung up and called the UPS customer help number where i was treated with respect and felt that they were listening to me, not talking down on me. Moral of the story, the guy is RUDE, inconsiderate, and just someone you dont want to be around. Hes an unhappy individual that takes everything out on you. Sorry, if you dont like to deal with customers, WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THIS BUSINESS!?

PASS. I had what I can only describe as the worst experience Ive ever had trying to ship something at this store, and I wasted an hour of my time. The owner closes at 7pm, overprices every single item in the store, and he wont let customers pack anything in the store themselves. This last factor was the biggest issue - I had to ship an item quickly, and didnt have packing materials with me... I was told that I could a) pay the store $44 (wow!) to pack the item for me, b) purchase $17 worth of packing materials (had to even buy my own tape) and GO OUTSIDE (in the freezing cold and high winds) TO PACK THE ITEM MYSELF, or c) go somewhere else. I wont waste more of my time elaborating on the details. After spending an hour and $17 at this store, I gave up, went down the road to the FedEx store in Baileys Crossroads, and mailed the package within 10 minutes. The only good thing about this place was the younger Hispanic dude behind the counter, who was very helpful and (from what I can guess) is basically just there to apologize for the owners ridiculous nonsense. Anyway... big waste of time.

I ordered 2 day shipping and it said it was gonna get here on the 4th of September. It is now the 8th of september and they finally tried to deliver my package but they couldnt get in my apartment so they left a note saying it was at this ups store and i went to go pick it up and they said it was not there. I paid for 2 day shipping cause i need it by today (the 8th) and i am very dissatisfied..

This place is never open when it says it will be. It is supposed to open at 9am according to the posted hours on the store exterior. It is 9:34am and the security gate is down. 4 people, including me, are waiting in the parking lot. This is the second time this week that Ive had to wait for them to open.

UPS deposits checks for USAA members, but this locations equipment for doing so is finicky. I contacted USAA last time I was there to replace this locations remote deposit machine. Apparently that equipment is owned by USAA and not UPS. The employees and service here have always been great for me.

Patient staff while I was there. I had a difficult time finding the place. Google maps took me to the front of the center - the store is in the back past Red Robin. I agree to return a package to Amazon and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Staff is very rude. Even they wont help you to hold the door if you are having heavy things in your hand. If you ask them just to tape your box they will say that we sell tape in a very rude manner.
