I avoid the "FedEx Office & Ship Center" - LIKE THE PLAGUE! Why? 1. I brought in a fully formatted document, and paid them to improve the formatting. Instead this FedEx Office used my formatted document as the end product and charged me more than $40 for FRAUDULENTLY giving it back to me for their alleged "services." 2. Additionally, I brought a tiny, lightweight package (containing a small cell phone) into this FedEx Office for local delivery and they charged me over $40 to send it to a destination less than 1/3 mile from my home. Ive been meaning to complain for years. Here I am. My advice: Never do business with these maggots: as that is the way they treat you!

I called for a pick-up package at this location in this early afternoon on 8/25/2017, there was a lady answered my call. She was intolerant and not answered the question. I asked about if tmr Saturday s good to pick up, she said with some temper that you can come to pick up anytime before 8/31. The reason why I ask about if Sat is a good day to pick up because that s the only day I am off. And this Fedex lady was not helpful to answer my question at all, and rude during the entire time on the phone. I wish Fedex could train these people actually have some professional stand for a service business. Thanks

Ive been a loyal customer of this Fedex Office location for the past 10 years. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The staff is very professional, helpful and even remembers my past orders so that when I forget to mention a particular specification Ive used in the past, they check to make sure that I meant to exclude it. I consider them true partners in the promotional materials and shipping aspects of my business.

I am in Dallas, Texas and needed a vase sent from The Front Porch Furniture Rescue to me here in Dallas. Chris from The Front Porch took the vase to Fed Ex where Moe and the staff packed it very safely and secure. The vase arrived in great condition and all is well. All the personnel in this office I spoke to over the phone were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Moe.

Today I had a bad experience at this place. The costumer service was very poor. The person who helped me "Stephanie" was not helpful and friendly. She needs an intensive course to learn how to help a costumer. It doesnt deserve a single star, 1 star is overrating!!

I work for a company that gets a lot of things printed, and Kinkos has become quite a valuable tool for us. Great management here. Theyre much faster than most kinkos, and generally very knowledgable. This location should have 5 stars overall.
