Quick, competent, and great price/value. Just what a local copy and print center should be! Ken was a pleasure to work with and provided fast service at a fair price. I had two print projects I was seeking quotations for, involving both large-format printing and regular copies. He took the time to understand the projects and explained different options available to match a desired "end state" with budget considerations. The overall process was very simple, and the results exceeded expectations -- particularly my large-format printing. While Ive tended to use a chain printer before, Ill definitely be sure to get a bid here for future projects. And if the prices remain as fair and competitive as I experienced this week, I might have just found my new go-to printer!

Some of our users were reporting issues with our color printer so I submitted a service request. Ken Pickel came out to service our machine and he did a great job. He was fast and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Arrow Technologies and in particular Ken Pickel to anyone. We had issues with another printer and John Curry got it fixed for us. He called me pretty much as soon as I submitted the ticket and walked me through some troubleshooting steps, when that did not work he quickly arrived on site and got it repaired.

Arrow Technologies has to be the best vendor of any sort that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are prompt, honest, and hard working. Their machines work flawlessly and I cannot praise their customer service enough. I usually work with John Curry, one of their Service Representatives, who always takes the time to answer all of my questions and fully explain the work hes done and what we can do to keep the machine in tip-top shape. Wonderful service! My mother (a teacher) and I have used Arrow Technologies in the past and my most recent order was wonderfully handled as usual. Arrow Tech is fast, organized, and significantly less expensive than other major copiers (like Kinkos or Staples). Ken was great, made sure to confirm what I wanted, finished my project shortly after confirming, and turned out a product even better than I expected. Definitely recommend - small projects or large, Arrow Technologies is fantastic!
