Not quite sure what the problem is here but it just didnt feel like good customer service. Chris always seems as if he has some type of attitude. Very poor customer service!!! It almost feels like he doesnt want to service certain people. Change your attitude!!

Its a UPS store. Not sure what people expect from it. I dropped of a package with a prepaid label and it was quick and pleasant. There is a note on the counter that says they charge for packing tape so beware.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION This location tried to charge me $5 because the box was not taped before arriving, mind you that I already had a prepaid shipping label.
