Going to have to jump on the bandwagon here, absolutely HORRIBLE especially management... Came in with my toddler for a simple copy and print. Hamid quoted .12 per page, estimated about 300 pages, so a quick calc and I said "so about $36-40?" Yes. OK, sure no prob - make the copies. Came back holding my other kid in one hand so I signed the receipt and left... thinking maybe $50 at most with binding (about $3), tax... nope, over $80. Called and Mark said well it has to do with per image copy, but maybe you got charged for double the 416 pages, so come in and well look at it. So I came in the next day, asked kindly to talk to manager, female, 55" dark hair, who seem to had to be pulled from some important task at the back of sitting around daydreaming... would not budge, over .6 a page, maybe $25 refund... nope, I was told "my employees would never quote you .12 per page b/c theyve all been here over a year." Basically just "tough..." Its not so much the $25 as her attitude. I was so livid as she began to argue louder with me in front of other customers that I actually cursed (which I feel bad about)... AVOID this place at all costs. Other fedexs have been helpful and friendly, actually appreciate your business... this lady (MANAGER) seems to delight in standing obstinately behind a counter with "screw you" on her face. Does FEDEX corp pay any attention to customer service complaints? To google reviews???

Created baby shower invites and wanted to get them printed. The first set of prints turned out great..no problems. Two weeks later I sent the same file through their "online printing" site to be printed for pick-up because I needed a few additional invites. When I went to pick-up the invites the size was wrong..so the guy was too busy to re-do them and told me to come back the next day. I called the next day while I was on my way to the store and the guy on the phone could not find my order anywhere. I was on the phone with him for 15 minutes while he searched the store for my order. He eventually found it, so I went to pick them up. Once I got there the colors of the invites were completely off. The "baby blue" was teal/green. (This was the SAME file I had printed two weeks prior and it was perfect!) Needless to say I went back and forth about the toner colors being off and he eventually tried a different printer and it worked. He told me that he would have to recreate the file because the "size was off" and reprint them which would take ANOTHER 20 minutes that I did not have. I left with the teal/green invites instead of baby blue..for the baby shower. I didnt even get an apology! I wont be using them anymoer.

Two evenings ago I visited this branch in order to have a Fedex International Priority envelope delivered. It was shortly after 8pm and there were 3 employees on the floor. One reviewing his Facebook account, another reluctantly assisting a couple of customers and the third one keeping himself busy and unavailable in another computer terminal. When I was assisted with my delivery, the employee was not able to answer some of the inquiries I presented and did not seem resourceful in obtaining the answers either. I suggested he contacted a supervisor or a support representative and while he did; I resorted to calling FedExs 800 number. To make the long story short . . . two days later my package has yet to reach its destination. The incorrect tracking number was used, FedEx was not able to locate it and although they opened an "investigation" . . . the store representative said they did not have any record of my package. The second hurdle is the lack of a commercial slip for Customs when I was instructed by a FedEx representative that it was not required. I am beyond furious. This is absolutely not acceptable. PLENTY of room for training at all levels. They have lost a customer.

i totally agree with all of u guys. i went in with a simple print out that needed to be lami-labed. when it came time to print one of the employees had to turn to another ta get the print size adjusted. the picture came out great but when she went to lami-label it it ruined the picture. so i tried another day same outcome. an the older dude says to another employee before she printed it that "it dont matter what u print it on all the machines are messed up in one way or another. at that point i knew i would never go there again. just sucks because this location is walking distance....

I can describe the descrepancies in these reviews. I have used 4 different fedex locations around Fairfax routinely, and this one is normally ok, but can be the worst. Most of the staff is good, but there is at least one manager in particular who is awful and gives customers a terrible time. Ive personally witnessed this one two occasions, once with myself, and once with someone else while I was in the store. I think whether you like this store or not depends on who is working at the time. Most of their staff is as good as any other FedEx store...but some are awful.

I had called the store about an hour before I went to make sure that everything was in order. I made sure I had the correct sized image and an acceptable file type, and left for the store. I only needed to make a simple print job (100 copies) but the employees that worked there apparently have the skills of slow 3rd graders. They said they couldnt print the image on postcard sized paper because the image was landscape instead of portrait. I could do this in 3rd grade.

i use fedex office all the time. There are 4 or 5 different locations that I use and this is one of them. I can safely say that all of these bad revaiews are absurd. These guys have created many things for me and have always been very good. I likely spend around $3,000 per year just at this branch alone and they are great. For every small mistake that is made there are 50 perfect ones. You guys kill me

I needed a simple print job (142 copies) tonight and the only worker at this FedEx brushed me off. He appeared to be doing nothing but he explained his manager could help when he gets off break in 15-20 minutes. Normally I dont post like this, however, I am so ticked at the lack of service here I needed to vent. I traveled 6 miles to a FedEx near George Mason and they gladly assisted me.

This FedEx office is terrible. Its such a pain every time I have to go and terrible customer service. There is usually one person helping a long line of people while the other employees are "working" in the background. Occasionally a background employee will come to the front and take someone who has skipped the line. Going here is like going into a black hole.

The closing shift leader stayed an extra hour after closing time with me to help me when I needed to finish a job by a deadline. She was meticulous and careful and patient and printed, trimmed, and bound everything perfectly without rushing the job. It was perfect when it was all done. I cannot say enough of how grateful I was to that kind person.
