Terrible. Worse than Kinkos if thats possible. I called in to see if they could print a simple resume for me, said I would pick up in 45 minutes. They said okay. I arrive 47 minutes later and the man is struggling to print a passport copy for the man in front of me? I stand around and its getting closer to the time I need to leave for my interview across town. While they examine the copy on the computer together I asked if I could just pick up the resume I called in. He says he doesnt have it - it hasnt been printed. When he finally gets to me he asks me what sort of paper and all and I tell him all the details were in the file I sent and could he please hurry because I needed to leave about 10 minutes ago. He fiddles around then tells me they cant print any color only black and white and Im just like please just *print it so I can leave.* The black and white looks washed out and faded like not enough toner. Terrible quality. I ask him to staple it. Never again.

Awful. Theyre so close to my house, so I always go to them first. They have never once *not* messed up my prints. Wrong size, wrong time, wrong order, wrong color, etc. I just recently had an emergency for a final and they charged me about $40 for a printed book with 17 pictures. My friend got hers at Uptown for $8. The print quality is beautiful, the print staff is relatively friendly and sometimes even willing to be flexible, but I just cant get over how disorganized everything is. I was once quoted something on the phone, something else in store, and charged something else. It got higher every time. The prices, in my opinion, are ridiculous. If you dont mind paying an arm and a leg, however, then by all means--if the colors and size come out right and its printed the right way the actual prints are rather wonderful. Your choice.

I am a professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and teach three courses every semester and two in the summer. All my courses require Coursepacks in large numbers, which Wythken prints for me. During the years that I have done business with them, I can say without exaggeration that they have been perfect in every way: producing the materials expeditiously and attractively, never overcharging, always friendly, helpful with advice, courteous, and totally efficient. We have been clients of Chuck, Ric and his company now since they set up shop. We always come away feeling like we are their only customers. Their attention to detail has always been super and they are always very quick in producing what weve ordered from large quantities to small ones. Chuck and Ric have saved us money too, offering different types of print solutions, which I really appreciate. Ive been working with Ric and Chuck at Wythken for about 6 years now. I trust Rics advice 100% and rely on him to tell me how to structure my project in the most cost effective way. Hes also very good at offering advise on design, paper choice, and even messaging. They are always fun to work with and I value the relationship that we have built over the years. Ill never use another printer for my projects.

These guys are awesome. They have reasonable prices, make good recommendations and communicate very well. They seem to understand that whats in the best interest of the client is also in their best interest, so they make suggestions that always help the client and the project. I highly recommend them.

We asked Ary to print about 50 large photos super last minute, and not only did he manage to get all of them printed that day, he also hand delivered them to our shop when we couldnt make it to Wythken in time! The prints are perfect and the service cant be beat. Thank you Wythken and Ary!!
