Kirchgoens Spearhead
Today may be my last trip into this store. They refused to honor a price in-store for a book I found on their website at a noticeably better store. I spent my time and gas to go to their store when I should have just stayed home. That appears to be a trend with B&N - and a shortsighted one in todays web economy. Maybe they need to cover more overhead in Clarendon, but finding it cheaper on their own website was too much. Because it was the same on their website and on Amazons, Ill buy from Amazon to make a point. If this had been a mom & pop store rather than a corporate giant, I might have felt differently. I would guess this store will be gone within three years. I am (was?) a longtime B&N customer, but money talks...

Overall, this is a great Barnes and Noble, and I come here all the time. However, the bathrooms are consistently filthy, and it has really started to turn me off to coming there for reading or studying. The bathroom on the first floor in the cafe is exceptionally disgusting. On average, I come here 4-5 times a week, and it is like this all the time. How disappointing.

I am rather fond of this Barnes & Nobel. I realize they are generally alike, but this one has particularly large economics, graphic novel, and business sections which I appreciate. The location is nice, the cafe is nice, the staff are friendly, and theres just something pleasant about a two-story bookshop.

It was my first visit with my 2 year old .its a very good book store with lots of good books and areas for kids to enjoy a read too. But no one came forward to suggest or help. Maybe will have a better experience 2ND time or thats the way its supposed to be. Help urself .

very helpful staff - I bought a book they did not have in stock so they ordered it for me, and a couple of days later I returned it because it was not what I was hoping for. They reimbursed me completely even though the book was paid with a gift card I had.

I love Barnes & Nobels, so many books laid out exceptionally well. The only thing that prevents this from being a 5 star review is that this location shuts down at 10 PM. Other locations are sometimes open till 11 or midnight.

One of the last brick and mortar bookstores. Good for a chain. Easy to browse and leisurely look through books and magazines. There is a Starbucks to grab some coffee and food.

This store is great. The tables at the Starbucks are always quite dirty and sticky which makes working here a bit difficult, but otherwise great spot to get things done
