They are typically understaffed and the staff are not familiar with the products or know why items are on clearance. We went there for a jogging stoller carseat combo. We saw one on clearance out of the box so I asked why it was on clearance, the staff member I asked didnt know so she asked the manager who said it was just an old model and that nothing was wrong with it. Odd bc it was the only one and out of the box, upon further inspection it was broken and missing pieces. I needed some help with a babytrend combo and no one in the store knew anything about it, not even the manager.
