WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I went in to the store to place an order and spent 2 and half hour in the store and nothing was solved. Speaking of frustrations! I first asked for help in the furniture station after no help was provided; then we went to the baby registry station. The young lady at the baby registry station was so unproductive and unprofessional. She told me that gift cards are not able to use for online orders. Ridiculous enough? Also, she was careless that I told her that I need to have a manager to confirm this statement in person... After 2 and half hour in the store, my husband and I were so done... So we went to one of the cashiers to check an item out. The cashier Tyga was the one and only person in the store that has professional manners and problem solving skills. After we told him our experience at the store, he was very productive, customer-driven and polite. He was EXCELLENT! He helped us place the order with all of our gift cards in less than 20 min. The store needs more employees like him to keep it profitable and pleasant. I would not recommend anyone to create a baby registry at this store!

I read all the other reviews and Im so surprised because I have had nothing but the best experiences at this babies "r" u. I have heard that this place is under new management so that is probably why there has been such a big change in the place. Everyone in the store is so helpful, kind, and willing to be of assistance. I love this store. When I was pregnant a worker actually walked around the store with me to help me push my huge cart of stuff, after I had my baby they continued to go above and beyond for me even remembering my name and honoring coupons that were a day expired. I truly have had nothing but excellent experiences there, not only have they done their job but theyve gone above and beyond their necessary duties especially a store associate by the name of Tom who everyone loves. If you go into this store I am sure you will experience the same things I did.

I came into the store today because I have a registry and was assisted by Shawn the supervisor who went above and behond to help me with the issue at hand. I purchased a baby crib and the shipping was sent to a store over an hour away from my home I went to this location and Shawn went and did all he could to help me get the crib I walked out of there a very happy man the store and management did everything possible and got me my crib. I will definitely be shopping here again great experience

Worst customer service. Went in to buy a crib. My husband and i walked around looking at cribs by ourselves, no employees anywhere to be found. Had to go to a cashier to ask for some ones help. I told her my husband and i picked out a crib to purchase but no one was around. With unnecessary attitude she told me she can easily call someone over for me. My husband and I waited 15 minutes and still no one came around so we just walked out and went to walmart.

A Private User

First visit - bought a toilet seat lock. At home opened the box and found brown stains on the lock. Second visit bought a safety rail for toddler bed. At home found contents of box were repacked and one part was defective making assembly impossible. I suspect this store takes returned items and simply repacks and sells them. For the toilet lock this was just disgusting, but for the safety rail, this is a real hazard.

Pretty standard baby supply store. Great selection of cute clothes at great prices. Wide variety of other things like playards, high chairs, and other essentials. Went here for the furniture selection but left disappointed after we were told you can only look at the furniture there, not leave the store with any. Its like a window shop, where you order your furniture you see there for delivery later. Lame.

This location is awesome! Only if it was closer. I was in the area and was looking for a specific bowl. They are the only store that had both. Staff is very upbeat, store and restrooms are organized and clean, and they have a "Mommy Room". I didnt venture, but I am going to be safe and say its for breastfeeding and maybe changing the little ones. Will be returning!

They would not honor the price match terms that are on their website! The manager argued that since they item had multiple prices on Amazon, she was going to use the most expensive price which was above the Babies R Us price. This place feels like a scam to new parents and people who dont know any better. Ill stick with Target, Walmart and Amazon.

Its a decent one but they dont have much variety when it comes to baby clothes. They have lot of cheap quality fabrics which definitely doesnt seem to be comfortable enough for babies. I a=have seen much better stuff at other babies"R"US stores.

Very clean and inviting as you walk in. Wide aisles and clearly marked prices and descriptions. The customer service was excellent and they price matched an online price for the in-store item very quickly!

Not the cleanest, and theyve cut back on some items I buy regularly, and the clothes are too expensive, but it has a good location, great selection for baby foods, and the staff is helpful.

Clean store with a helpful staff. They have a baby registry with scanners for soon to be moms. The parking situation is a bonus with "expectant moms" being able to park closer to the store.
