They just claim they never sold the item in the first place. They wont even look up your information in their system. They tried to get me to return the item to Target or Walmart. "Were just trying to make things easier for you." Is what they told me. Their Baby Depot sells subpar items- the main things worth buying are the clothes, if you can find the size you want. The Baby Depot area is largely unstaffed, unlike with other BFC locations. The items are dusty, damaged, and you will start to feel like youre lost in a forgotten warehouse once youve been back there for 5 minutes.

Its burlington. Not a single employee knows where anything is in the store. When you ask them simple questions about clothing they give you a blank stare. It feels like the home depot of department stores. They have really cheap prices but its just a big mess. Personally, I only come here when I need a last minute purchase or a birthday present for someone I dont like.

Today I went to burlington Manassas va to but a walker for my baby. And I tell you I love her new walker and she loves it too. The thing is I can fine whatever I need or want for my baby at burlington. I was able to find the Delta children walker at an affordable price and I am so happy. Thanks burlington for your lower prices.

I was there yesterday and i was shocked about the store. It looked so messy. Clothes and toys on the floor. But we found what were looking for. I was very disappointed to see that store like this. I always loved to go there. Hope next time it will be cleaner and organized.

Love the prices! Soundtrack sucks but who goes to a store to listen to music. We did our back to school shopping here and saved a ton of money. Kids are happy with the purchases and cant wait to wear them to school.
