Im pissed that I cant give less than one star on this review. Babies"R"Us has officially become the bane of my existence. My wife and I have been having issues with them from the word "go". First off, we opened our registry and had our crib purchased for us to be sent to the Henrietta location for pick-up. Babies"R"Us has a 5 day holding policy for any item delivered to their store, we didnt know that and had to scramble to find someone with a truck to go and pick up the crib so we wouldnt have to pay and extra fee. Speaking of extra fees, my wife bought the changing table and dresser only to find that, literally the next day, the company had a 15% off sale and would not apply it to anything we purchased. Pieces of our order shipped so there was "nothing they could do." Okay, fine - we can live with a loss of $150-200. However, my wife called me at work to inform me that the huge delivery cost we paid to have the dresser delivered did not include an "indoor" delivery. Meaning the massive box containing our expensive belongings was just left outside on our porch for my pregnant wife to deal with. If this is how this company does business, I pity their souls. The company must be run by Lucifer himself. They wouldnt piss on you if you were on fire. They are overpriced and unaccommodating, looking for as much money and to do as little work as possible. Please, please, if you are considering registering there... research your options. I saw a squirrel dead on the side of the road that I would rather do business with than deal with Babies"R"Us. So good luck, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Today I had the WORST service at this store. I got the impression that half the people working just did not want to be bothered. I was trying to find a furniture item and was sent to the front desk to have them check if it was in stock. The girl at the desk then told me to go to the furniture desk, to which I told her they had sent me to her. Her response was "really? Theres usually no one over there." Then why the F*** would you send me over there?!?! I then spent 45 minutes trying to pay for one item because I had a coupon where they led me on this ridiculous run around. I was left with an order that couldnt be canceled and a coupon I couldnt use. I then called corporate who took excellent care of me and fixed the problem. The employees at this location are either extremely lazy or extremely incompetent. Awful.

Awful experience. I went there to look at cribs and couldnt get any help. We decided to come back when we came to register, just to do everything at once. When leaving I saw a cute outfit and was going to buy it. We went to wait in line but no registers were open. We we went to the service line but we were ignored. The manager was fighting with the cashier and it was so uncomfortable. We waited a while, feeling strange, I put the impulse purchase back and we left. I am not going to register there, I dont want friends and family to feel so uncomfortable. The whole experience was not good. When you plan on spending a lot of money somewhere, it should be pleasent and fun! Not here.

Was just the marketplace babies "r" Us today to purchase some items for a baby shower which is in February. I saw a online about getting a free baby bottle for free with a 15.00 purchase. when i got to the register the sale associate told me they were sold out. However i read online from people comments that people were doing two separate purchase so they could get two baby bottles. I told this to the manager on hand she said they were only giving one bottle customer i told her thats not what was reading online. Ask her there will be any rain checks she said no. I only wanted one so i did get what i picked up only be cause i spent an hour in the store. But I wont go back anytime soon.

Called ahead last night to have an item held, the item was not held and it seems every time I have I go to this location I receive poor service and there is always an excuse as to why the issue occurs over and over and over again!!!! Perhaps it is time to start shopping elsewhere as I have been a dedicated shopper and spent a great deal of money here

Prices are lower or same as amazon and thats tough to beat. Staff super friendly and helpful. First store in a long time to offer to carry items up to the counter. Found all our baby needs and more. Wish I knew the guys name that helped us so I could thanks, he helped us pick out the double stroller and was a great help. Thank you!

Usually pretty spot on. Well laid out store.. today I received service from Omayra who was probably the rudest associate I have ever dealt with. I was just doing a return and she didnt even bother to scan everything I was returning or tell me a total.. just completely unprofessional. A poor representation of this location.

WARNING! DONT REGISTER HERE FOR YOUR BABY SHOWER. Youve got enough to deal with, with a baby on the way. Even though the customer service skills of the staff are like nothing Ive ever experienced (They set the bar RIDICULOUSLY high), their hands are tied when pitted against corporate policies.

Attended the Baby Registry event on 1/28/17 and was treated rudely by Lindsay and Alison. They were nasty to my group and a poor representation for the store!!
