I live in Dunn, North Carolina. We do not have a store here. I had a coupon for the Graco cradle baby swing. It was two days out of date. I could not get there until last Saturday. I was ready to purchase this item and asked the young man working customer service my problem. He was rude and never asked if this could be done. I work in retail and we try to help people. Just wanted you to know you lost a sale. I went to Target and got the swing. I will never shop there again

For a BRU its just "ok." When I found out there is a BRU at Southpoint, I started shopping there instead. There is more to choose from. The staff here are nice and decently helpful. No real complaints other than the not as great selection of goods.

Bathrooms are horrible and no help from associates asked one employee said he was busy and one of the other employees would be with us.... no one ever came
