Back in August 2015 I would of said this place was the best place ever. !! Considering I was pregnant for the very first time. And everyone at the time was helpful. But today ! I couldnt believe what happened. I had purchased a baby carrier from buy buy baby and because it was mega windy I couldnt put it on outside in the parking lot. (It was my first time purchasing this item) so I decided to go inside baby r us to put it on and also because my baby needed a diaper change. And after I was done I walked around picked a nice outfit for my daughter and when I went to check out the lady at the front asked me where the box of the carrier was at and I told her I bought it another store. I told the female 4Xs. They pretty much accused me of stealing even after I went to my car to get the receipt to prove that they were wrong. AND THEY STILL DIDNT BELIEVE ME. I was so angry! The ladies at that store clearly do not know their inventory because the style I have isnt available at baby r us. and yet they still thought I stole it. Its ridiculous. I guess the statement "the customer is always right" doesnt work at this store.

Timothy is the rudest and the most unprofessional store manager I ever experienced as a customer. I witness Timothy cursing and yellin at store employees in front of myself and other customers in the store this is so unprofessional and I just cant imagine how the workers of this store fell. I witness a female employee crying by the way he was yelling at her. So unprofessional and just completely disrespectful. Please nofity this issue at this store with this so called store manager. Corporate also will be contacted as well regarding this issue. This should not be a store where customers come in to witness this yelling and unprofessional and ridiculous behavior from a so called store manager.

Went to the store to purchase a bed on our baby registry that the Babies R Us app said was in stock in white. The associate that helped us said that it was not in stock and she couldnt order it to the store, because the warehouse was out of stock with a waiting list to order (33 in stock and 64 people in que). While she was telling us this, I ordered online through the app and shipped to our house. It arrived in 4 business days. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had recently.

The staff is super helpful. I have been going here since Fall 2015 when i found out i was pregnant to do so much baby shopping. Once my baby was born i guess we spent so much time here the staff knows my babys name, so they are on a first name basis. Their baby events are great and free, plus you get a goody bag at the end, and also it gives your baby and you to interact with other babies and their parents and share baby stories.

I am beyond disgusted with babies r us, I received broken furniture for the 2nd time today! Me and my husband spent over 3000 dollars on nursery furniture that arrived broken for the 2nd time. We have been on hold with online regarding this for over 2 hours now! I will be making a formal complaint with corporate!!

Great place to find reasonably priced clothes and shoes for the kiddos. However, if youre looking for a big ticket item like a car seat, bed/crib, high demand toy, or high chair, then you should do some comparison pricing research to ensure youre getting that item at the best price.

Bought two pieces of furniture from here, had to wait a week for them to be shipped each time. Guess they dont keep a lot in stock. Also far too expensive for MDF furniture. $350 for a 6-drawer dresser ought to get you real wood, imo, not particle board. Staff are very nice.
