Everything is overpriced here, youre better off getting the same items here on Amazon or at Target etc. Plus they have the worst corporate customer service. Theyll have you on hold for hours on end with no immediate resolution. Do your baby and kid shopping elsewhere. Im really surprised given their competition theyre not already out of business.

This is our, "go-to" babies-r-us. If we ever need something quickly, we go here and they generally have it. We prefer the one in Short Pump that is attached to a Toys-R-Us, but if we need to run in without worry about having our toddler scream for a toy, we go here.
