My husband and I registared here and had a wonderful experiance! We were given a check list of items to put on our registry, most of the items you definitly do need however there are some things that are a bit exsessive but Im sure it cant hurt to have more then to little. The staff was very helpful when we needed assistance but they were not following us around hoovering over us at all which we loved! When we went back after our shower to get the last minute things we didnt get the woman that helped us was so sweet and helpful. I actually said to my husband "I wish this store was next door to our house, I love it here!". It was also very clean and organized well. Thanks for the great experiance!

I have had a number of HORRIBLE experiences at this store. Most recently when I asked on the price of a clearance item the very friendly checkout girl had to ask Jackie to go check on it. Her body language was reluctant but she did. When she returned she said it was on clearance but gave the original price. As I began to explain that was the original price of the item, Jackie waved her hand as to dismiss me and went to answer the phone. She never returned and continued to talk to another sales member. I didnt purchase the item and bought the other things that I needed. Because of sales members like Jackie, I will NOT be returning to this store.

This place is just a crap. I ordered stroller to pick up. They said " when is the order ready they will call me, now is little busy season it will take little longer(normally it takes 7 days)". I waited over 20 days and called them but they said " they called me talked to me and cancelled the order" what!!!! I brought my phone bill to them nobody called me I just cant believe what kind of service is that. Just horrible I dont recommend this store to anyone

Im on the fence about this place. Ive had times where certain staff have been extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful, and other times where the staff were not. Overall, Ive always got what I needed, I suppose, but the quality of the service really seems either all the way there or not there at all. Also, someone else said this and I agree, it is kinda of hard to get to from the main road if you dont know exactly how to get there.

I went in to find a gift for a friend that was registered here. I was able to print the registry okay, but could not get anyone in the store to help me find the apparel that was on her list. I asked 5 different people and not one person helped me, they simply said they just didnt know. No one even offered to get someone that could help! I was appalled at the lack of customer service here. I will never go back!

My order was late and it didnt come to the store all at one time and it was pass the expected date for shipment and deleivery, I was really upset just because I have a whole set of plans for the baby, But actually Mr. Rado the assistant manager was so helpful with giving me a discount on my order and expiditing the delivery and assembley for me. Thank you Mr. Rado I appreciate your assistance.

Horrible customer service. Im one of 6 people in line and the girls at the register walks away and starts ringing people up at another register. After a few minutes I asked if she was coming back? She said no, she was moved! She didnt even tell us. So mad. Hate this place.

The store has great selection, but you can usually get things for cheaper elsewhere and the customer service is horrible. We have had numerous issues with their customer service and only come here if absolutely necessary (cant find the item somewhere else).

Very nice staff. Seems to be an improvement from last few visits. Maybe they were retrained? Close to home and they always have what I need in stock, even if its 5 minutes before closing.
