I got minimum 3 eye- rolls while I was there. The moment I walked in, with two huge- full bags while carrying my son, no one greeted me and no one offered a hand. I just got blank stares. I had to ask where to put my things that I went to sell, and got an answer with major attitude. If youre ok with receiving the absolute minimum for your items than youll be ok going here. But just a few weeks ago I went in with a BONPOINT outfit each of the two pieces were over $100 and was offered $20 so I said no but decided Id go today to sell and was given $22 for ALL the items they bought, which included my Bonpoint outfit. It was quite disappointing but it is what it is. Stuff is probably out of style, but still. Its Bonpoint, the items are extremely costly. Ive also sold to them Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, etc., and now I think I just wont bother anymore. (Try out apps such as Mercari and LetGo to sell your items!) Also, while I waited today with my son, I looked around and saw a lot of their items stained and damaged. Yet, when they called me over, which I could barely hear by the way- they dont bother to move a few feet to look for you, they didnt buy a lot of things that are the brands and items they accept but today werent good enough ; yet, some of their toys dont even turn on, have missing pieces, or are just flat out broken. Also, they dont even bother to go into detail with you as to why they dont buy your items or what they decided to buy and for how much. They just leave it in a bin, on the floor for you to go and pick up- they stay behind the counter and just point to your stuff. (today I had no bags to carry my stuff back to the car and they just starred at me while I struggled to carry out my items). Each time Ive been here the customer service has been bad. Like I said previously, no one ever greets me and no one ever offers a hand, and each time Ive had to go with my son SO its never an easy trip.This one time I went I simply asked how long it would take, and I was given the rudest answer. Today, one employee actually offended an only Spanish speaking customer as well. I think I might just give up on this place- I go here each time Im in need of the money but Im tired of the service and mistreatment.

This is my second time coming into this place first time was a good experience as the employees then were very helpful and that was before Christmas of 2016. Today when me and my husband came in with our son the employees Lorena and Nazi not only made us feel not welcome but they had an attitude from the start. I asked for a wait time to see if it was long wait so I would know if I could just look around or come back tomorrow. Nazi tells me it would be about an hour which I told her ok no problem.... So my husband and I decided to just take a look around, while looking at the clothes for boys I was able to see Lorena move stuff around and then grab my bin and she started to look over the clothes. My husband brings up to my attention that there was a customer that was asking if there was anyone waiting Nazi says "No" and looked right at my husband which I heard and saw. Then she says something to Lorena and tells her my bin was next. While our bin was been looked over after we were told at 2:58pm it would be a wait. (the wait wasnt as long as Nazi said it was) while watching from a distance I was able to see that Lorena barely looked over any of the clothes and did one of those glance and toss... And a lot of clothing had tags on them including there tags that my son never had the chance to wear. When Lorena question Nazi if the customer (me) needed to be called she says her, I was in the store which I happened to be looking right at them. My bin was still full!!! They only took the shoes and shoes few outfits when I had from 12 months - 24months boys to girls clothes. Told them to give me all my items back including the ones they selected and told them this was the worse treatment I have ever gotten and will be taking my business away from them for good and returning back to Once upon a Child

Not impressed. I came by to sell an entire car full of items which I would describe as being in very good condition. As you can get 20% more for using store credit as opposed to collecting cash, I decided to look around the store. Much of what I looked at was broken, stained, or missing pieces and yet when I returned to the counter I discovered that the staff decided that my items were not of good enough quality or clean enough for them. Wont bother with this one again.

Buying is always a pleasure but when it comes to selling, the people dont know what the hell is going on or what they are being given most of the time. It kind of drives me a little bit crazy. This also happens when Id call to ask questions, they dont know whats going on 90% of the time. Its frustrating. Half of the people are a bit rude, too.

This store has everything and is really well organized. Its clean, spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful. I love that on top of the low prices, there are always deals, coupons, frequent buyer discounts/email lists, military discounts, etc. I would recommend going here first before buying at department store or online. =)

One of the nicest cleanest thrift stores Ive ever visited. Everything is in good to excellent condition so you dont have to dig through trash. Its organized well by size then types (shirts Gs pants etc) then by color. . Love their book program and that you can sell there too for store credit. Great concept, executed well.

Such a great concept! I clean out the kids closet and use the credit to purchase the next size. I dont have to sell myself and I understand that they have to make something, so I dont care about how much they pay. It organized and clean! I get 80% of what my kids need here.... no need to go anywhere else.

They provide an excellent option for second hand and slightly used childrens clothing, toys and etc. I would recommend them for any new parent, but come with plan otherwise you will end up with more than you bargain for as far as stuff.

Great Secondhand store- It depends on what people have donated you may come back with a lot or nothing. It was clean, the staff was nice and well stocked. I wish their shopping carts had a place for a child to sit.

Good quality and selection in this store. Well organized. But be a smart shopper and know when you can find a better deal at a retail store. Prices are set based on appraisal, so compare to retail or Goodwill.

Crooks. They dig through and pick out only top Brand items and give you CENTS even for them. Basically its one-way deal which favors only them. You better off donating those items.
