WARNING: EXTREMELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE --- PROs: They have a wide selection of dresses and tuxedos to choose from. CONs: The girl, Kourtney, was the only one working when I came into the store. I was looking for a tuxedo and needed her input, as the professional, who worked there. When I asked for her input (as the consultant), it wasnt given and she seemed very inexperienced (to be working there by herself). Though industry standard, their policy states no refunds, exchanges or returns, all sales are final, however, in my situation, it was a little different. I came there with the expectation that I would get good customer service with someone who could provide helpful suggestions but didn’t receive it. I did find a tux that had to be ordered in my size from a magazine at this shop and ended up putting it “on hold” for $150 deposit. An hour later, I had found a tux at another shop and called this place to cancel my initial deposit. Kourtney kept repeating that all sales were final over the phone so I went down in person to try to get my refund. I understand that she didn’t have the authority to refund my monies back since she was just the store clerk, so I had to call and speak to the owner. Because I didn’t purchase anything to take from the store and had done it literally one hour prior, the conversation ended up being an argument with the owner. It was a very caddy exchange between the owner and store clerk towards me. I ended up getting my $150 back, after trying to be objective about the reasons why I should, and Kourtney actually threw the refunded receipt at me, too. This company doesnt seem to understand the concept of ‘word of mouth referral’ based-business. They have a big selection to choose from but the customer service was absolutely horrendous by the sales clerk and store owner. I ended getting my tux at Fifth Avenue Tuxedos (in Layton), and the sales clerk was incredible -- that ladys name was Heather. Go there, they are awesome there.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Dont ruin your wedding by purchasing a dress from there. The service is awful, the old lady basically called me fat and the dress I bought suddenly was delayed so Ill hopefully get it a week before my wedding. 2 people promised to call me back with an update but a week passed and still no update. Ill have no time for alterations If it even shows. Dont go, if you want to avoid this stress.

My fiance got off the phone crying after she spoke with a CS rep. This company really needs to learn how to treat people wanting to spend thousands of dollar on a dress at their location. Be warned that this company treats people like they owe them something. Will NEVER recommend it! Try Bridal Corner in North Ogden instead. GREAT Customer service, and treated us with up most respect!

I love Bridal Satin! I went in looking for a wedding dress and the owner (forgot her name, sorry!) never asked my size just guessed and brought out a few dresses. They all fit very well, but one was perfect! I loved the way it made me feel! It was like it was made for me. I highly recommend this place for prom and wedding dresses. The owner is a doll.

I had an awesome experience at Bridal Satin! My family and I where greeted at the door, taken upstairs, and given an princess hour (or three) of wedding dress dress up. The staff was caring and sweet!! I would totally recommend them to anyone!!

I love it here the new owner and staff are so helpful and the new owner has been doing this a long time, theyre super nice and dont push for you to buy their most expensive stuff and are willing to work with you on whatever you choose :)

I rented my dress three weeks ago and they said they were going to do a quick 10 minutes alteration and its been three weeks and my dance is in 2 days and they still dont have it done. I am very upset. Dont go here!!!

Wonderful atmosphere, plenty of gowns to choose from, and lots of variety! The help given was great! Wearing the first gown I tried on for my big day!
