I wish I could rate them lower. I had probably the worst possible experience. They were nice at first but once they got my downpayment on the dress the niceness stopped. The older ladies were all very rude and argumentative. They always assumed I was wrong when there was a disagreement and they were right and they were very rude about it. But every single time there was a disagreement I ended up being right. Did I ever get an apology? No, just more rudeness. I would make an appointment and have to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time before anyone even acknowledged that I had arrived. My information in their system was never correct and had to be updated every time I spoke with them. Every time I turned around there was a new fee for something or other. Everything is overpriced and they don’t tell you about all of the costs up front. I would get rude phone calls days after leaving the store telling me I had to pick up the dress when they were the ones who had told me to leave there in the first place. I was told very rudely multiple times, in store and via a phone call, that I would have to rush my alterations and pay extra because they thought my wedding date was sooner than it actual was, even though I had updated it several times with them. They even did an alteration on my dress that we had talked about but I had never authorized. It was weird because I had asked them for a quote to do 4 different alterations on the dress and I got a quote of $250 for all 4 together. I left the store that day saying I would make an appointment for the alterations when I was ready. But when I came back to pick up the dress so I could have some other seamstresses look at it one of the alterations was magically done and I owed them $75. I almost refused to pay for it because I was so mad that they had done it without my permission or without me agreeing to that price. Turns out that after taking my dress to another seamstress the rest of the alterations are only going to cost $50. $125 total for the alterations is less than half of their $250 estimate. I bet that my new seamstress would have done the alteration the store did for less than $75 as well. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for some things if the customer service was excellent but this store isn’t worth it. I am disgusted with the way Bridal Corner does business. I have told everyone what a horrible experience I had and will never recommend Bridal Corner to anyone.

I absolutely love my dress that I bought there. The first visit or two they were very nice and helpful. When I finally picked my dress it all went downhill. The Lady who owns the place and does the hemming was pushy. I had a last minute debate after my first fitting if I wanted to wear heels. I went in and talk to her. We set up an appointment for the next day to come in and get refitted. I decided that night I wanted to keep the same size heel so they could just keep going on what they had already started. I literally called the next day the minute they opened. When I went in for my final fitting to learn how the bustle worked, make sure it was hemmed corrected and to pick up my dress, I was told I still had a balance due. We had paid everything the visit before. The owner literally would not let us speak, she just threw things in our face and said they had to start new on the under layer because I had them stop for less than 24 Hours. To make it even worse, she did not pull us, she sat there in front of my Mother-in-law, sister and bridesmaid and shoved everything in our face. My mom and I just sat there, not being able to say anything. Me being an emotional bride as it is, finally had to walk away. We ended up paying the fee because we could not get a single word in. I think it was inconsiderate to not even tell us that they went with a new piece of material and rehemed. We figured because they measurements were they same, there wouldnt be a problem keeping what they already had done. This to me is a horrible way to have customer service. They have a great selection but its almost not worth putting up with the terrible Customer service. What happened to customer comes first? Then as i was trying on the dress, my mom had found some strings that were supposed to be cut off because we were taking it home. The older lady walked in and said "oh we will get that done for you next time" We let her know that today was the day we were to pick up the dress. She had no idea so she trimmed strings while I was wearing the dress. Not as organized as they could have been.

Love this place! Perfect dress, very professional and excellent customer service. Made an appointment to try on dresses and found the perfect one. Jan the owner was so awesome and went out of her way to accommodate my perfect day with my perfect dress. I wanted some modification to the dress and she was happy to help me and made sure it was perfect. She even had to order in special fabric to modify this dress for me and I know she worked hard on it. It was so breathtaking! Jan was so wonderful with me even when I found the same dress online for a different price she didnt get offended she just showed me how it was not an original dress and the one I found was a knock off. Honestly I loved the way she handle the situation. It is very true you get what you pay for and we paid for a beautiful, quality and one of a kind dress. The dress was worth ever single dollar we spent. I loved that she took the time to explain things to me. I am so happy with this place and love that they make appointments so that they could give me their total attention to my every need and want. I would recommend them to anyone. Love this place thank you for making the most important day of my life the perfect day. My dress was absolutely perfect!!!! Thank you...

After my daughter in laws wedding, I took the gown she purchased from Bridal Corner to have it dry cleaned in Ogden.. Upon picking the dress up, were were shocked to see it was badly damaged in the cleaning process. Sequence and beads were hanging, and some missing from the gown. The top of the bodice was hanging down from damaged stitching. In tears, I felt Bridal Corner was our best hope for repairs. I called Jan on a Saturday. She was very hopeful and reassuring, I was told not to worry. Only having several days until the reception, Jan and Chris collected sequence and beads from their saved supplies and went to work to save the dress. Within 2 days I received a phone call saying the dress was done. I was so happy , I could not believe my eyes. You could not even tell this beautiful dress was ever damaged. These ladies were amazing!! Their professional expertise and the manner in which they took care of us was unbelievable! Bridal Corner and all their employees are highly recommended by this Mom. The Bride was beautiful. Thank You!!!!!!!
