** Note: this review is based on an online order only. ** Pros: very friendly staff, good prices. Julie was WONDERFUL and saved the day for me! Cons: overall inconsistent and unreliable service, despite the staff being very nice, poor communication, significant delay in receiving order (took 4 months to arrive). The two other bridesmaids in the party had issues as well. If you are ordering from this store online, BE VERY CAREFUL. I dont like to give negative reviews, but I feel its important to know what you should expect. I had significant delays and inconsistencies when ordering and would not recommend ordering from them online to ship if you need a dress in a short amount of time (especially around the holidays). I ordered my bridesmaids dress in mid September, with a email that it would ship by December 24th, Im assuming it was because of waiting on Mori Lee sending a bulk order by then. Ok, no big deal, the wedding is February 13th (The bride was worried by this but I told her to relax, itll be fine...boy I was wrong). Called them around December 20th (dates are approximate unless specified) for an update, they still had not received it from Mori Lee to mail to me in Virginia. The nice lady said they would call me back tomorrow with more information, did not hear from them. Ok....called around December 29th, another very nice lady said she would text me with updates that night, never did...not good. I called around January 4th, got the same lady from the second call, I was more assertive this time. She finally tracked down a voicemail service at Mori Lee stating they were closed for the holidays. She apologized profusely, stating they would let me know when it would arrive.... Around January 11th havent heard anything, sent a very polite but dissatisfied email to the company, stated I needed this addressed immediately, and to speak to a manager, please (I dont believe in being rude). Julie called me back twice the next day and emailed me twice right away saying they would address it immediately and they WERE STILL WAITING FOR THE DRESS TO ARRIVE TO THEIR STORE...yikes. Julie said they would mail it overnight when they got it, without charge. She was very helpful in her emails and said they would overnight it as promised. Per the tracking info it was sent on the 15th and expected by the 17th...not exactly overnight, but Ill be happy to just get the darn thing at this point. I hope the sent they right order or were gonna have to get creative haha. Im glad they did what they could to put a bandaid on it; I wouldnt have minded as much except that Im the matron of honor and this was making the bride very worried, and I didnt want cause her more stress. In short, be careful with online ordering from these folks, I hope things get better for them.

I am a bride who has been dealing with Bridal Expressions since October to find both my wedding dress, as well as my bridesmaid dresses. I live out of state as do 2 of my 7 bridesmaids so I bought all dresses from them with their assurance that it would easy. That was definitely not the case! First of all, I have 2 bridesmaids who, because of religious beliefs, need to have extra coverage in the shoulder and back area. We ordered extra material to accomplish this task. The part of the situation that makes me so frustrated is the fact that we were led to believe they had an in house alterations specialist. Even in the way they pitch their sale they are very sure of what can be done in terms of alterations. My wedding is now less than 20 days away and when my bridesmaids picked up their dresses they were handed a list of alterations shops to call! Its outrageous! Not only did my friends have to pay $168 for dresses, that was already pushing it. The alterations for one would cost upwards of $85, and the other was told the alteration wasnt even worth the money! So now, weve got extra material we cant use and my two bridesmaids have to break their modesty standards in order to wear this dress I was assured would work perfectly. My final point of frustration is the lack of communication. My wedding dress was delayed in customs and I was pressed for time to take my bridal photos during a special trip I was making to Utah and I was never told! I also rarely got an answer when I tried calling and the response I received from the managers after I sent my mother into the store to find out what was going on was, "oh, were just really busy." Heres what I have to say about that: Hire a receptionist! My out of state bridesmaids had to order by way of my mother after several unanswered phone calls and messages left. They are obviously understaffed and have terrible external customer service. I would advise not working with them if, like me, you enjoy communication and honesty.

My first visit, had a hard time keeping the consultant with me for longer than 5 minutes. She was more concerned of staying at the desk to chat with coworkers. Literally every time Id turn around shed be gone, and would have to walk across the store every time I had a question. I found a dress I loved but couldnt afford it, and was hoping to get recommendations of other dresses that may be similar but in my price range, and she didnt help me. I feel like as the customer Im not aware of what you have in store therefore the consultant is there to help you find more dresses. Then when I went back to pick my dress up, it was hanging in the room with a yellow stain on the dress. I tried it on, and told the same consultant I had previously about the stain. She didnt seem to care or have any sense of urgency. I had to again ask what they were going to do about the stain. Ultimately I was told Id have to come back another day so they could get the stain out. I live 40 minutes away from this store. When they did finally call me about my dress, they informed me the could not get the stain out and offered to give me the sample dress that would need to be taken in because it was not my size! I said no and had to get a new dress sent out a week before my wedding! I understand mistakes happen, I think where Im extremely disappointed is that they had no sympathy they didnt offer me a discount on an accessory or anything. They never said sorry. It was so disappointing because I love my dress, just hated the experience of buying it.

Such bad quality also everything was so squished together and all over the ground and they were so rude. I went in looking for something elegant and simple and she looked me up and down and told me to try Dillards. In my mind I said try weight watchers and maybe some strong face aging cream but Ive been working on my temper so I didnt outloud :) dresses were bad and didnt have many options at all and employees were racist and rude mainly the old chubby lady though which I assume is the owner or something. They were in the back the whole time texting and laughing and gossiping and I dont understand why? If you have a store and you want to keep it in business, be nice lol Anyways I dont recommend but ya know just my opinion! By the way the manager replied to my review saying that I wanted a wedding dress? And I wanted it in less than a month???? IM 18 AND IM IN HIGHSCHOOL! I wanted a prom dress that was elegant and pretty and I never put a time limit nor forced you to do anything I was there for literally 4 minutes looking around and the only things I said to you was "do you have anything simple and elegant" and when you said your rude comments I said "Ill just look around" so to the people who are seeing her response shes lying and trying to cover up, Another way of showing how terrible this place is lol Im young and I never review anything but this place is so negative and racist. And Im not the only one who thinks so obviously from the reviews below.
