On my wedding day an hour before the reception, my zipper broke completely and there was absolutely no easy remedy. After this zipper already being the 2nd, my bridal store was supposed to put in a new zipper a week before the wedding but instead " fixed it " or not. So because my bridal store was so far away and was completely responsible for the zipper, I had two options... 1. wait for my bridal store to get here .... Which would be way to late and I would have to go with my reception without my dress, or 2. find a local place to fix it. I called numerous shops in the area, and The Bridal center was the only one who would help a desperate bride in need. THey immediately started working on my dress when I brought it in and saved the day so that I could wear it for my reception with a completely new zipper already! in just an Hour!!!! They are so wonderful and I would reccomend them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing experience shopping here, a very welcoming and personal experience. Amazing girls to help how ever you need and great selection and variety. Kara was our stylist, she was so kind and helpful, great at what she does. We tried on at least 12 dresses that were all so beautiful and Kara was so helpful in narrowing everything down and suggesting alterations to help with concerns. Thank you Bridal Center! Definitely recommend.

While most other bridal shops reward your business with some incentives such as throwing in a free veil or shoes--dont expect any perks here. Expect to pay full retail no matter how expensive the dress. We bought a designer dress off the rack (a sample) paid full price (over 1000.00) even though it had to be cleaned and rebeaded. They also charged for the bustle and wanted to charge us for a bag. Come on! Give me a break.

My wife recently bought a recital dress. We were fortunate to work with Melissa, she was very nice, and helpful. She is also a capable seamstress. After trying several stores, she found an almost perfect dress on the clearance rack. The dress was less than the alterations. She said she would only give them four stars because they didnt have everything, but they were good. She also said it was a very fun experience.

Absolutely wonderful. All of the staff are great and will help you find the perfect dress. They act like youre one of their old friends and you will immediately be comfortable with them. They will be able to understand exactly what you want and will bring you the dress of your dreams. Im currently working with Shantel, and she is fabulous. Come here if you want the best dress shopping experience of your life.

I got my wedding dress through the Bridal Center on University Avenue in Provo. They were amazingly helpful and sweet! Their dresses were the cheapest I tried on anywhere and I seriously went to like every local store. They actually ordered my dress straight from a designer cause they didnt have exactly what I wanted in the store. They also do all the alterations for really cheap.

Love the Bridal Center! They are so nice and friendly, not pushy like other places Ive been. They are super helpful and easy to work with. They have great dresses and amazing alterations (the alterations here are also the best prices that Ive seen). My dress was amazing. Three cheers for Bridal Center...everyone should come here!

I shopped here and found the almost perfect dress, but i needed it white and they only had it in cream. But the girl that helped me was great, and they even had pictures of designer dresses that theyve added sleeves too. I wish I had my dress done here rather than Fantasy bridal. Dont go there!!! they did a horrible job.

I called in with a lot of dresses i wanted to see if they had before I drove over there. They have a great selection! and are so willing to work with you. She looked up 10 dresses for me and called me back FAST! Unlike a few other bridal shops who were SO rude on the phone. They were great! I am excited to go there!

I got my dress, veil, preservation bag, plus alterations and steam cleanings for under $1,000! They had a great selection of dresses and the one I ended up with was perfect. The consultants we worked with were all wonderful. Overall a great experience! I 100% recommend Bridal Center!

I bought my dress here and love it! I had first found my dress in another store for a cheaper price, but it was too big at the other store, and Bridal Center matched the price. So awesome! And they are so nice and friendly.

Their dresses are well priced and they have a wide variety. I love that you can look through a magazine and they will pull the dress for you, so you dont have to go swimming through bags of dresses
