Malmrose Bridal has been amazing all around! I originally scheduled an appointment so my mother and a couple of my bridesmaids could be present during while I search for my wedding gown. One day, my MOH and I decided we wanted to spontaneously try on wedding dresses. We stopped by, and Malmrose was able to fit me in between a couple of appointments. EVERYONE was fantastic- so warm, caring, attentive and intuitive during my time with them. The day had come; a fully scheduled day to stop by 4 bridal shops all over the valley! When going to the first location, something surprised me - they asked ME to go throughout the store and pick out the dress. Something that was very different to my first experience to MB, where instead I was asked multiple questions and based on my wants, they would bring me dresses that would fit accordingly. Everyone was caring at this first location, but the energy just wasnt the same. Malmrose Bridal was my 2nd location; though, Id already been in and everyone, including the owner, has already met me, everyone was STILL so sweet, attentive, and helpful. Theyve helped me narrow down my dress search (from the original try one- which I probably had more dresses that I liked in this store than all the others COMBINED) and also assisted with recommendations as to what alterations can be done so my dress will truly be everything Im looking for. When youre searching for "THE Dress," you want to have some butterflies, you want to feel like a princess, like youre important, and literally everyone who was working, whether theyre assisting you with your appointment, the girl that does alterations, owner, even the girls assisting other girls, are so helpful! Now please, Im not saying that Im a needy person by any means, Im simply stating that everyone in the building is willing to provide an opinion, advise, etc. Which is so great! You feel important, you feel like youre going to be ready for the most important day of your life, which is coming sooner than ever! My third location- They should have been the first location that I went to. It was a very difficult experience in comparison to and right after MB. The place seemed dirty, the dresses seemed to be really outdated, there werent any current styles, the person assigned to assist me for the appointment had me waiting 15 minutes after I had arrived. When trying on dresses, she said she couldnt help me put it on as she wouldnt be helpful? Something that seemed to be a breeze at MB. I wasnt "in love" with any of the dresses, so when I asked if I could make alterations, she was instantly offended stating that the designers would never allow such a thing... now, Im sorry, but if a bigger designer has no problem with me altering the back line, etc. of their dress, why would one care when theyre stuff seems to be a couple years old anyways? This location was a complete let down. My final location - the location was new and updated, the dresses were pretty... but it just wasnt the same. I felt like another number there, sure the assistant was attentive, but she didnt seem to have the same type of passion. There wasnt anything that I truly loved. Sure, dresses were pretty, but nothing gave me that "wow" effect. After going to all locations, the service, amount of BEAUTIFUL and UPDATED dresses that MB has along with the price, is hands down, the best! Im so glad I have gone to MB and have gotten to have this wonderful experience with my entire experience! If youre dress shopping, save yourself the hassle and just go to Malmrose Bridal! You wont regret it!

Youre engaged. You need a dress. You go to Malmrose Bridal. I just saved you hours of headache at other shops. Im not kidding when I say this place is heaven on earth. Not only do they have a huge variety, but they offer creative ways to alter the dress and make it uniquely your own. Heres my story: I went to Fantasy Bridal as a walk-in and was told to come back right before close, as that was their only opening for the day. With my wedding posse is tow, we had about 4 hours to kill and I decided we should go to Malmrose as I had driven past it many times to go to my fiancés house. I called ahead and they said I could walk right in! So I go in and immediately feel like Im a superstar. The staff welcomed me with excitement and started helping me decide what I wanted in a wedding dress. Julie and Hemma helped me in and out of several dresses. They let me stay in a dress for as long as I needed to figure out what I really wanted. When I found the dress of my dreams, I was devastated that it was strapless. Not a problem for Malmrose. Their seamstress Gail later added a Melia and transformed the dress to give it sleeves for my winter wedding. Wanting to keep my appointment at Fantasy Bridal, I left fairly certain that the dress I would get was the one at Malmrose. Still, I entered Fantasy with an open mind, challenging them to top the incredible experience I had just had. I should never have gone to this appointment. I was rushed to find dresses to try on and the ones they put me in were not what I wanted. I was rushed to decide if the dress was "the one" or not and after about thirty minutes, I left and cried from the stress. Three months later, I had a couple fittings with Malmrose and now have MY dress! What they were able to do to cater the dress to my desires was UNBELIEVABLE. Julie, a staff member and cosmetologist, would put my hair in an updo every time I came in so that I could get the whole picture. The owner, Mary, is the sweetest woman who just lives to see young women finding their dream dress. The staff are now my friends and even today when I picked up my dress, I met another staff member, Maddie, who also made me feel like I was a million bucks. I dont know how else to tell you. You owe it to yourself to go to Malmrose Bridal. Its been the easiest part of planning my wedding. Five stars arent enough.

I had the worst wedding dress experience of my life at Malmrose Bridal and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had to go in 8-9 times for alterations and each time it was a freaking nightmare. Even the straps on my dress were changed without me asking and the replacement straps looked awful. The alterations specialists seemed to have NO IDEA what they were doing. I asked the manager and owner if they would work with me on finding a new dress at the store or to do a refund and they were unwilling to work with us from any standpoint (even though they ruined the dress) I was very very disappointed with how I was treated and with my overall experience at this store and with the management. I ended up getting my second wedding dress at Fantasy Bridal and it was a fantastic experience and would recommend them to anyone! First I didnt leave two reviews only one so that is the first lie. Second I NEVER once wanted my straps moved I just wanted them tightened so they were not falling off my shoulders. And without anyone telling me they were replaced with a ribbon type strap and later replaced with hand sewn straps that looked awful and I was told I could use "double sided sticky tape" as a solution to keep them from twisting after I paid over $250 for the alterations. Third lie when I called I was told the dress was still being held waiting for my decision if I wanted you guys to sell it or not and I was told you would be selling it for about half the price and that is why I decided to pick up my dress and be done with it. You then tell my husband you had multiple people look at the dress but I put a stop to it. As far as "hurting" your business goes I am just being honest because I dont want any other bride to go through what I had to. But thank you and best wishes to every other bride that they will not have a terrible experience.
