So disappointed!!! I met the sweetest ladies at a bridal show. The following week, I went in with my maid of honor to look at bridesmaid dress and planned to come back that night with my mother to purchase a second wedding dress. There was nobody in the store (customers) aside from my best friend and I. We were approached by the sales woman and told her what we were looking for. My first complaint is with the lack of dresses, at least for bridesmaids. They were basically just prom dresses and very few that we liked actually fit my best friend because the sizing was so varied between each dress. The sales lady first tried to get out of helping look at dresses. Second, she couldnt answer anything and she refused to look up the answer to any of our questions (i.e., does this dress come in black?). We picked a few dresses and my best friend tried them on. Nobody asked how she was, how things fit, what she liked, etc. I had to go pull more dresses for her. Around this time, I had several questions regarding a second wedding dress for myself. I wanted to know what was available, different colors, if they had any newer or more unique things on dresses. The sales lady pushed prom dress magazines towards me and told me to look at them. Uhh if I wanted a prom dress, I would buy one. I specifically asked (with regards to the color) if they had any that werent white or ivory. Every question I asked was just too difficult for her to be bothered answering. It is frustrating to walk into a store and be able to buy any dress I want in there, but because SHE has decided that Im not worth her time, I had to deal with the crappy treatment and condescending statements. Regardless of how kind the people at the bridal show were, I will NEVER go here again for anything. Dont waste your energy somewhere that you dont feel welcome and cant celebrate your big day.

Worst experience of my wedding!!! They mislabeled the price of the dress and wouldnt give it to me for that price. I was devastated when I find this perfect dress after searching many many places nothing compared to this perfect dress for such a great price. So I go back to get this perfect dress and come to find out its $400+ more than I expected. A whole weekend of dress searching was wasted as I was counting on this perfect dress. So they make a "deal" with us to rent it out for more than the label said Had I done it over I would have bought the stupid thing and sold it for more myself. Everytime going in there to pick it up for bridals, wedding, and open house I am warned NOT TO RUIN it!! As if I was going to go roll around in the mud with it. Not handled professional at all, made everything very stressful. Was a beautiful dress but not worth the headache that came along with it. Not impressed with any of the workers (i.e. manager, seamstress) everyone was very rude. Im really not usually like this but to mislabel a dress and not honor that? A little ridiculous and treating the customer rude like it was our fault the dress got mislabeled.

Found my perfect wedding dress for a very good price, which I couldnt have been happier about. But I had a few problems with the customer service. When my mom and I first arrived at the store we walked in and looked around for about 10-15 minutes before we ever got any help. Then we had them preserve my dress and a couple other items from the wedding. They gave us an estimated time of 6 weeks that it would take to get done. We dropped it off mid Oct and Dec came rolling around and we hadnt heard one thing from them. I called them to check on the status because I started to get worried that my dress had been lost and all they said was, "its still being worked on." My dress took THREE MONTHS to get preserved. Double the time they had quoted me. They didnt reach out at all during that time, didnt apologize for the inconvenience, nothing. I was just told, that the production was high and thats just how it goes sometimes. Super, super disappointed with the customer service we received. We should have been called when my dress was taking longer than the 6 weeks and been informed.

Great customer service. I was looking for a great dress at a reasonable price, and thats exactly what they helped me find. The sales woman took notes on what I was interested in, and brought me several dresses that matched my criteria. I was so happy that they werent just trying to sell me whatever had the highest price tag. Even though there were other girls there, they still gave special attention to my mother and me. They didnt bother us when we talked to ourselves, or suggest things that we werent already looking at. I tried on a veil when *I* wanted to, and they even gave us pins to help secure it. And if you need any alterations, they give you the best for the money! They explained exactly what goes into the cost - the type of material and hours of work. I knew I didnt have to look anywhere else! I got a beautiful dress for $245 - and that includes tax! Very impressed. Thank you so much!

Bridal Image was the perfect place for me to find my dream dress. I went to multiple different wedding dress shops and found some beautiful gowns. However, I found the best service, price, and quality dress here at Bridal Image! They are very helpful and willing to work with me with the specific alternations that I need. We walked in when they opened for our appointment and they let us look around the dresses and pull the ones I was interested in. They asked my preference if I would like my mom to help or one of their ladies there, which I was so glad because we were never given the option at any other place and it was a special experience for my mother and I. The ladies were very helpful with looking up information on shipping and ordering and alterations. And they have their own seamstress that has done their work for many years. I recommend this bridal shop!

I had a wonderful experience with Bridal Image!! I was the fourth out of my five sisters to buy a dress from Bridal Image. I had found the most beautiful dress for me on the clearance rack that I absolutely fell in love with. After which I found out that to order the dress in my size, the price would be the original price of $1,600. Which was very much over my budget. I was heartbroken. But Bridal Image went above my expectations to make up for the miscommunication. Peggy was able to find me a dress that was very similar to the one I fell in love with that was a better fit in all aspects! They gave me my veil for free and no charge for a cleaning of my dress after my big day. I would highly recommend Bridal Image to any bride looking for their perfect dress. Thank you! -Karri
