This store is absolutely awful. I had all my bridesmaids send in their order for their dress in January. My wedding being in June, I thought that would be plenty of time…. -They had lost one of the girls orders and insisted that she had not sent hers in, but then eventually found it. -They told me the dresses would get in mid to late April, its May 30 and they are STILL not in. -When I called to check on the order in April, they told me they didnt know who I talked to, but the dresses would not be in until mid to late May. Again, its May 30 and they are still not here. -Three of the seven came this week, but one of them was missing a zipper making it impossible to even wear. My bridesmaid drove all the way up to the store thinking it was ready for pick up and then they found out that there was no zipper. They told her they would overnight the zipper and it would be ready for pick up by Friday. When SHE called on Friday (they didnt even call her to give her an update) they told her "I dont know who you talked to, but its not getting in until next week." This seems to be a pattern over there. -I have had to call and call to get an update because even when they say they will follow up with me, they never call me back. They show zero sense of urgency. -It is now 3 weeks before my wedding and NONE of my bridesmaids have their dresses, let alone a lot of time for alterations. The wedding is out of town, and my bridesmaids are all spread out throughout the country requiring the store to get the dress shipped to the store, then sent to the bridesmaids. Please pray for me that these dresses get here before my wedding does. June 9: -All but one of my bridesmaids have their dresses. When I asked the store to please reimburse them for alterations (at the very least seeing as how they were supposed to get in in MAY), the manager, Kim, told me, “I’m not trying to say you’re wrong, but there is no way anyone told you they would get in that soon.” She was very hostel towards me as if I had done something wrong. She quickly said that they may be able to give $25 to all the girls who lived out of state for alterations. I then told her how upset I was by how I’ve been talked to and treated, i.e. never getting any phone calls back and having to constantly follow up myself. She began to look at the phone records to see who I talked to, and then quickly told me, “let me make sure the rest of the dresses get in the mail today and I’ll call you back,” of course, never getting a call back. July 7 My girls, thankfully, got their dresses and barely had enough time to do alterations. The store even sent one of my girls dresses to her billing address (where no one was currently living) not her shipping address that she wrote down, so she had to call and intercept the package (this is ONE WEEK) before my wedding!! Once she finally got it, the package looked like it had been run over by a car, completely smashed, and box torn. Needless to say, we had an AWFUL experience with these people. I understand that the main reason the dresses were late is because of the designer, but the way I was treated and the fact I was actually told APRIL, was horrendous. I’ve heard good things about things other than dresses and alterations here, but I should have listened to the reviews, please don’t make my mistake!! And make sure you write down the name of each person you talk to!

Please listen to the bad reviews about this place. The owner gets away with how she treats customers, solely on the fact that she sells the dresses with a discount. However, this lady has 0 x 1million, no idea about customer service! I am so appalled about how she treated my best friend (the bride). We went to pick out dresses, and I (MOH) ordered a dress from a different designer than the bridesmaids. Keep in mind, we (the bride) asked/stressed/reiterated what the color would be in comparison to the bridesmaid dresses. Well, let me tell you. My dress was RED. The bridesmaids dresses were a burgundy/crimson color. Needless to say the bride was a tad bit upset about this due to timing and all the other stresses a bride has. When asked about this, the owner was less than friendly! She raised her voice and got in the brides face and another bridesmaids face saying "this is not our fault" "this is your fault" "there is no way we would have made this mistake" everything was "you you you" to the bride- it was like a blame game- SO unprofessional. Come on, ladies. If you have been in this situation, you know that you go off of the what the store tells you! What the experts tell you! The argument lasted well over 15 minutes. A few weeks later (I live in Reno so I had to travel to come back to pick out a new dress) I come to pick out another dress. The staff there (they are very sweet & accommodating- probably because they are afraid of that Satan boss) called the owner several times so I could speak to her about the cost of my dress, she kept telling them she would be there soon (she didnt want to show up or speak to me, apparently because we were there over an hour and no sign of her). She did allow me to use the cost of the other dress towards the new one I got, BUT she told the girls that were helping me that I would need to pay for the rush fee. She specifically mentioned to them to be sure to tell me "we will not cover a delivery fee OR rush fee"! Even the delivery fee is BS because the original dress would have been in on time without needing to be delivered to Reno. So! Really? Because of YOUR mistake, I have to pay to get my dress in time for my best friends wedding? Yeah. I dont think so. YOU, my dear, need to take business 101. I see what youre doing, though. And good on you! Discount dresses so nobody cares about customer service! Wrong!!!! Because I take reviews VERY seriously. Especially seeing what MY best friend/bride went through. BRIDES- if you want to make sure you know what youre ordering, want to make sure you get it ON TIME, want less stress, AND good customer service, dont drive all the way out here!!!!!!!! Best wishes, Brides & bridal party!

I am very disturbed how a manager can be so unprofessional with her own store. The manager should be the one who holds that company as her pride and joy. She is the biggest reflection of the store and for the employees. I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from this retail location & they had to order the dress from a catalog. When they received the dress they gave me the dress all wrinkled. I asked if they would be able to steam the dress and they told me if would be a $25.00 fee. I expressed how I felt and explained since I paid over $100 on the dress and they had it shipped to them I felt that it should of been part of their service and courtesy to the customers to have the packaged open and steamed and prepped for the client. Any other bridal store that anyone has go to from big known companies to little hole in the wall shops would do this as part of their service. NEVER had myself nor anyone else that I have known to come across this situtation. I called on 10/07/2010 at 10am when they opened and spoke with one of the employees and she said the manager wasnt in yet so I addressed my complaint again and asked for the manager to give me a call asap considering the event was on 10/09. An hour later I called again and she said the manager had just walked in so give her a little time to get settled in and she will give me a call shortly. I told her I was going to lunch in 1/2 hour so I needed a call back asap so I can make arrangements that I needed. An 1/2 went by and still no call so I called back and nobody answered so I left a very upset message and asked for a call back right away. I decided to try to go down there during my lunch break. When I showed up I spoke with one of the employees and briefed her on my situation and she said that they dont do that service for anyone but she would try to hand steam what she could. So she took the dress back and the manager would not come out to speak with me and carried on walking around the store went to the back and the employee that was helping me brought my dress back and again told me that she is not allowed to do that service and kept telling me how she just got in trouble with the manager for helping me. Now again, why is that my problem and why should an employee be telling me that? The overall expierence was just exhausting and disappointing.
