I dont even know where to start... Actually yes I do, dont go anywhere else!! Luvs has earned my business and then some! I will be recommending them to everyone, i bragged to the gal who is arranging my flowers, who also sees many brides! I have bragged about Luvs to family to friends and will definitely be writing reviews on every social media site!! I had a horrible experience at Davids Bridal and did not want to go back and i was nervous about finding address at any other Bridal shop. And I was nervous about finding address and enough time since my date is in September 2016. I was also very nervous because Luvs is an hour drive for me , I just wanted to find the perfect dress . My appointment was scheduled online and confirmed 3 days before the shopping date. When I walked in I was greeted in a very friendly and kind manner by Annya and then by Katie, I was offered treats and refreshments too....they werent busy and packed, which was refreshing. There were beautiful couches and throw pillows out for my mom, sister, son and neice to sit at. It was very clean and pretty. I felt like a VIP and the only brode that mattered!! They were very thorough and impressive with their clipboard and note-taking of exactly what I wanted, I was asked my price range, my style, what I wanted on a dress, the preference of a train, the neckline preference... pretty much everything! We walked through the store and I pointed out dresses I loved! Annya checked on all of my favorites to make sure they were in the warehouse and then pulled the ones in my size so I could try them on. Finally she let me try on my favorite dress multiple times, this meant she laced me up at least s6-8 different times!! I apologize that I was making her work so hard and her response to me was "it didnt matter as long as I found the perfect dress!" Wow who does that who put their customers first and make sure happy?? LUVS DOES!! Her customer service was outstanding she made sure I was comfortable and informed. She made sure I didnt trip on the dress and that the dress was presented in a perfect manner to me in front of Mirrors too. I finally narrowed down my dream fairytale dress that day (and it is in my budget too), I wasnt expecting it, but I found it! She also assisted me in finding the perfect veil for my big day too!! As soon as I knew I found my dream dress I started crying and was swept up eith emotion (because i knew i would be the most beautiful bride!) Annya and Katie joined in and we also celebrated my big exciting moment!! On top of finding the perfect dress they also gave me an amazing wedding gift to start my wedding off right too!! I dont think people realize the journey me and my fiancé have been on and the battles, ups and downs and struggles weve endured. Us getting married is a big accomplishment and a big event for my family and the fact that Luvs made it so special and memorable I will forever be grateful and amazed! I will never, ever, ever recommend anyone go anywhere else other than Luvs! And then when it came time to taking pictures they made sure my picture was staged perfectly too!! They got me all of my information, my receipt and my seamstress number, they made it very seamless and easy for me!! When it comes to planning a wedding the dress should be the hardest part, and it was the easiest part! f I could give this bridal shop a 10 star rating I would. I went into Luv Bridal from another bridal store that I had the utmost worst experience you could imagine. I was beaten down, frustrated, upset, and on the verge of tears. I was literally driving by the shop and their dresses in the window caught my eye. I told myself I would just take a peak but not try on anything. I was so done with the day I just wanted to look and leave. A young lady graciously greeted me and had me fill out a simple quick form in regards to when the wedding day was (in 21 days), what dress style I liked (anything that fits size 12+), and how I heard about them (by driving past the window). The owner Helen talked to me, greeted me, and walked me down the rows of dresses writing down which ones I wanted to try on. She was able to immediately tell me what she had on my size and not. An amazing aspect about this shop is that the dresses are NOT all bunched together, all the sizes are NOT all just placed on the floor, and the dresses are hung high so they do not get dirty. They dont have 500+ dresses just lying around and squished in-between one another. They are evenly spaced for easy visibility and observation. After the owner was done writing down my favorites I was introduced to my wedding consultant Alexa. Alexa completely turned my day around. She was excited, happy, and warm. She went in the back, got all my favorite dresses and was beyond helpful. I was so upset about trying the dresses on but with her help and kind words I went in the room and I kid you not - fell in love with the first dress I put on. I was walked out into the presentation area and got to see myself in large beautiful mirrors with my family comfortably sitting on couches with refreshments. Luv was a complete 360 from the previous shop I was at. They took carafe us and treated us like family, and not customer family but actual family. Alexa complimented me throughout the appointment, helped me in and out of my dress, hung my dresses for me, laced me up comfortably in each dress, and picked out the perfect matching veils with each dress I tried on. Even though I fell in love with the first dress and ended up getting it I wanted to just "confirm the zombie kill" as Alexa called it and tried on 4 other dresses. If I had asked her to try on 10, 30, 100 dresses I wouldnt have mind and would have taken care of me the same way the entire time. Although other shops in the area are iconic due to their longevity in the business I feel as though they are loosing their love for the business, their customer service, and overall care for the bride. This is not the case at Luv Bridal. I will refer all who I can to this establishment. They may be new to the United States and the Valley but they know what we Arizona women are looking for both style, price, and customer service wise. Words cannot describe how happy and confident I am about my purchase with Luv Bridal. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND I SAID "YES" TO MY DRESS HERE AT LUV BRIDAL AND FORMAL!

My maid of honor and I came to Phoenix for a relaxing, lowkey bridal weekend and to “say yes to the dress.” We decided pretty early to only go to one bridal boutique due to the desire to not spend the entire day trying on dresses and wasting the beautiful Phoenix sunshine. Based on reviews from the several bridal websites, we elected to go to Luv Bridal, and we could not have been more pleased. The environment is absolutely gorgeous, and the stages and platforms to try on the dresses is similar to the set-ups you see in television shows and movies; the sitting area for the bridal party is elegant and comfortable as well. Our consultant Rachel was in one word amazing. She was so patient with us, and was an absolute joy to work with, and took care to understand my vision of what I wanted to offer suggestions without being overbearing. My bridesmaid and I chose approximately ten dresses, and she was always on hand to help me in and out of the dresses as well as offer different accessories to complement the dresses (e.g. veils, belts). My bridesmaid and I love to have a good time, and by the end of our session, Rachel was a part of the group, which was definitely helpful in making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our day. At the end of our session, I said “Yes to the [AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL] Dress”, and my entire experience at Luv Bridal was an incredible memory as the wedding day begins to get closer. One note – all of the dresses are handmade, and can take up to four months or longer to create. I was able to get the rush order for an extra $150 for my wedding in five months, but if you’re on a tighter timeline, you might want to call to confirm that receiving your wedding dress on time is feasible.
