Future daughter in law is in thge military. Her mom came from Michigan in March and found the dress. Paid for it. Was supposed to be here in May. Called more then several times to see where dress was. Would always be told they needed to check. Never received a call back. My daughter in law and her mother arranged to have a fitting on a Saturday since the bride is stationed in Yuma. Finally on July 24 we get word the dress is in and arrange for the fitting for August 5th. Go in for the fitting and was told 125.00 for the alterations. Her mom was told when she paid for 5he dress she could pay for it then. NOPE. They never charged her for it. So at the fitting I question the alteration charge. The pinhead behind the counter starts to read what all is being paid for and she States a rush order fee which I laugh at. I tell 5hem that needs to be refunded since the dress was ordered in May and it came in July 24th. The pinhead gets a manager who denies there was a rush charge. I ask about the prepaid alterations and was told it wasnt. So this is where it gets interesting. The brides mom calls to get it all straightened out. First of all they put her on ignore. She calls back and gets Raul who is upset he has to go from tux rentals to bridal. By the way its 50 feet. They go over the bill and indeed not charged for alterations. Ok. No big. This is after they tell the brides mom that we were never there because they dont do fittings on Saturdays. It was a special fitting because she is stationed elsewhere. Then they proceed to tell the brides mom that the internet is down due to the storm the day before, that was a lie, then they try and tell her that they have a line out the door they are so busy and again we were not there because they dont do fittings on Saturdays. Once her mom gets it all straightened out they tell her they will mail her the updated receipt. We were around the corner so went back for an updated one. When we went back in. They first handed us the wrong receipt when we pointed that out and they found the right one Raul was passed. When we looked at then envelope the address he was clearly given was wrong and would of never got to the brides mom. They still insisted we were never there for a fitting. My advise... spend the money somewhere else. It is not worth the aggravation of dealing with idiots

I went to Azteca because it was one of two shops in Arizona that sells the Allure dresses. I called ahead of time to verify they had the dress I wanted to try on. I made an appointment. When I showed up at the store, I had to wait ten minutes to even check in--at that point they told me there would be a fifteen minute wait. Why make an appointment if you are then going to wait? They called us up to the front on a loudspeaker when it was our turn, and we were taken up with four different brides--not the personalized experience you expect when making such an important and expensive purchase. After showing us around (and continually getting our names confused, great customer service!), we were released to pick out our own dresses. They did not help us look for what we wanted, they made no recommendations, and we had to carry them around (some of them weighing 50 lbs) on our own. I asked about the dress I had come to the shop to try on, and they could not find it. We were not allowed to go into the fitting rooms until all of the brides were ready to do so--I spent another 10 minutes waiting for this. After finally getting back to the area to try on the gowns, we discover that all the rooms have curtains instead of doors. They did not offer to assist with the dresses (which is silly, because they are so easy to mess up), so my sister had to help me put it on, as it is impossible to do by yourself. The assistants then decided they could walk in and out of my dressing room without so much as knocking, leaving me standing in my underwear for the whole store to see. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I had to ask three times for the dress I wanted to try on, and another one I asked about and they told me they would gather for me, but did not follow through. I never saw it. To make it worse, they only carry dresses in one size--so whether its a 2 or a 26, thats the size you have to try on. I wear a size 10 wedding dress, and the style I want has sleeves--unlike strapless ball gowns, this is not something I could try on in a 2 and be able to tell how it looked. The dress I did like was torn from the poor handling care of the store. It was all in all an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not return there to purchase my dress.

I had the worst experience at Azteca bridal and will never purchase an item from them. Before even entering the bridal shop I continued to call to set up an appointment and the phone just continuously rang and no one ever answered and it was during store hours. Upon arriving to the store we were greeted with a quick hello followed by them wanting to collect information from me. There was no true welcoming feel. Then a young lady took us around and pointed out the different brands on each rack. During that time she informed us that we are only allowed 8 dresses for the entire group. When looking for a bridesmaid dress there are so many different types and fits and I brought two of my bridesmaids with me and that meant they only could try on four dresses (I only have 3 bridesmaids but I cant imagine anyone who has more). Also my mother was with me and that meant that if she wanted to try on a dress for the wedding that would limit us even more. Upon arriving there was a lady who was suppose to find out if they carry a specific dress, that we were looking for and she never came back and we had to ask a couple of people before someone could give us an answer. When we spoke to one of the managers she was very unprofessional in the way that she spoke to us about the limit on the dresses and blamed me on not knowing when I called and said that they always answer their phone. The workers never helped us carry dresses and just kept continuing to ask if we were ready yet. It would make a little sense to me if they were busy but they were not busy at all so that makes no sense why we felt rushed. Also we were not near closing time either so its not like they could go anywhere, as the store was open for quite a few more hours. There was no assistance provided in the dressing room and when we asked about swatches the consultant worker took a long time to get back to us. Worst experience I have had thus far at any store bridal or not.
