I dislike this place. I went in and was ignored the whole time. Now I admit that it was busy that day, due to prom, so I let it go but a few days later when I went back, the store was dead and I still got ignored. The lady walked around straightening thing, making phone calls, and having personal conversations with the lady who does the alterations all while I was waiting for her to answer me about how much the dress was that I was looking at. Then, when I did get a response, she kept telling me that I could shop from home online but the prices arent listed online which is why I was there in the first place. After I left, I ended up going elsewhere and am glad I did because the dress I was looking at ended up being cheaper at the other store.. The store itself is clean with a good selection but the customer service sucks.

Where to start, I have purchased 4 gowns from Saundra at Molina, both times she has been very helpful. Planning Quinceaneras with two teenagers can be very challenging. One of my girls decided to change her mind on one of the two gowns that we purchased at Molina, when asking Saundra if she was able to exchange the style for another style from the same Designer she jumped with no hesitation, pulled her strings with the Designer and made the change of styles a reality, she called said the gown arrived as planned and scheduled a fitting. She charged a fair restocking fee only because the Designer charged her... We purchased all the accessories, tiaras, jewelry, bouquets, hoop skirts and undergarments. Would recommend Molina to anyone, she has merchandise to fit any budget and gives fair discounts.

The owner has a very personal touch with her patrons. She puts in that special touch to make a brides day that fairy tale wedding she looks for. I really appreciated her giving me my purple wedding gown. In fact she is able to dye your dress the color you want with in reason. She is so good at what she does. I would recommend all to use her. She heard what another locate bridal shop that I would never referred did to me and she made it all that I dreamed of and more. I thank God for her and she has a beautiful attitude its not about her its about the bride. In fact she dyed my guest book to match my gown. I love this place and the owner.

Worst place to get your brand new dress altered. Believe me save yourself a lot of aggravation and choose a place that will take your dress in and not have stitching showing on the outside front of your wedding dress. Sloppy work. Staff is rude. Dress was not spot cleaned where they handled it on the straps to take it in. I have no idea how this place is in business.

Made an appointment for alterations and when I arrived for the scheduled appointment I was informed that "they had no appointment and that the seamstress was on vacation." so glad I drove an hour just to be told sorry about your luck. Now I am looking for a new seamatress.
