I was planning on going to one of the more popular bridal shops in the valley but they were so poorly rated on google and Addys had such great reviews that I decided to start there first. I made an appointment and went with my maid of honor to see if I could find my dress there. When you come in by appointment they close the doors and you have the whole place all to yourself and Robert the sales associate gives you all his attention in finding exactly what you want at the price you want it! I found soooo many dresses at my budget and I fell in love with 4 different gowns. Robert wrote each one down and I made another appointment to come back with my mother and 5 other girls to show them the dresses and have them help me pick the dress! Not to mention the dress I loved the most and my big entourage loved was a dress that Robert picked out! He totally knows his stuff! He was paying attention to the things I like and didnt and asked me to try on a dress he picked for me and it was perfect! Because it was such a short time before my wedding day I had to buy off the rack or my dress would not come in time, it was a new style so they couldnt discount it for me but they gave me a very beautiful and expensive veil for free(retail about $200)!! They also keep their gown so clean and taken care of that my dress looked brand new so it wasnt really a big deal..plus I was getting my dress right away which made me happy. I also had Addy do my alterations and I got 45% off because I bought my dress there! Addy is a sweetheart and was such a pleasure to work with! I was a little worried about the cost of alterations because I spent so much on the dress but she was able to come up with a way to do the number of bustles the dress would need so it wouldnt break the bank. My only advice is that please realize that Addy runs the store and does all the alterations by herself so please be patient and she will get the job done the way you want it and like she says she has never not had a dress done before the wedding date that its needed. Some girls coming in were a little impatient on her getting things done tomorrow when their wedding wasnt even for several months and I just thought that was a little crazy. I got my dress the day before my wedding(only because I started alterations two weeks prior) and it was perfect even though she had to do a lot of work on it! Love love love this place!!

I was the bride coming in on a tight budget. I was able to find a dress, however it was dirty. I was willing to buy it only because their staff assured me and insisted it was not permanent damage and it could be cleaned, "We would not have it out on our floor maam." As hesitant as I was about the dress (I was nervous shopping for a wedding dress either way), I put faith into Brilliant Bridals staff and told myself, they are the experts and they know what they were talking about and Im sure they would never sell a wedding dress to someone if they had even the slightest thought that it could not be cleaned. I took my dress to three of their recommended professional cleaners and all three stated they could not believe this dress was sold to me. Of course I was shocked, sad and very upset. This was my first time going through a wedding and I was on a tight budget. One of the owners of the cleaners even requested the owner of Brilliant Bridal to call them." I proceeded to contact the owner of Brilliant Bridal. She was extremely rude and dismissive toward me. I only paid $100 for the dress and she was not willing to take it back or even give me the little money I paid for it back. In fact, they wanted me to bring it back in to "customize" the entire dress so that no one could see the dirt that they promised could be removed, when in fact it could not be removed. I was not willing to do that, as I picked this dress out the way it was and did not want to alter/change the way it looked. That would be ridiculous and pointless as to why I picked this particular dress. Even given these circumstances, they would not allow me to return it and or exchange it. As I was searching for a dress they were more than helpful, however after buying it, it was a day and night difference in their attitudes and customer service. I ask myself was my money not reimbursed because I only paid $100 for it OR had I spent thousands more in this bridal place, then would it have been reimbursed? I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family simply because of the aftermath problem and how rudely I was treated after I bought the dress. They were not willing to meet me halfway given the circumstances; to them it was a wrap. :( Horrible experience.

Amazing experience with Leah! Went in with 7 of my family members and they were able to accommodate us in terms of space seamlessly. All dresses are European cut so they run smaller than US dresses. Leah told me not to focus on the size as all dresses end up being altered to the brides body anyway. I was a little apprehensive about going up in size as I am normally a size 12 in jeans and have worked hard to get to this point, Leah must have seen the look of concern on my face and assured me it was completely normal and went on to say she was already up to a size 12 in dresses (she is a tiny little thing) which definitely helped put me at ease. This was my 2nd dress shopping and experience and the first time was horrible with Davids Bridal. Leah had me step into the dresses and clipped my gowns in all the right places. I tried on maybe 6 dresses until Lead found THE ONE! She pulled a dress from their "last chance" rack which automatically meant the dress was $350 or less. I had glazed right over the dress as it didnt look like my dream dress on the hanger, Leah asked me to trust her and I agreed to try on the dress. I did not look in the mirror until she had all the clips on and I instantly fell in love!! All 7 of my family members agreed it was the one. She held the dress in all the right places for me to get some pictures in. If it werent for her creativity and passion to help I would never have considered this dress. I am not sure if the consultants work on commission but that did not seem to matter to Leah. Because I booked my appt at the Bridal Expo I received 25% off the dress- which meant my total was $260 after tax! I could not believe it, as my budget before alterations was $500- now I can afford to add the alterations and not stress about the cost. Leah and all the staff were super nice and helpful and really made the experience a lasting one. I can not wait to see the dress with the alterations and I know I will feel beautiful on my big day. I would recommend Brlliant Bridal to any Bride as they have a good selection of dresses and exercise extreme patience, they keep your budget in mind, and take the time to get to know you and the style youre looking for.
