Soon after we got engaged, my fiancé and I moved across the country to Phoenix so I decided to wait until we were in AZ to find a dress. I am SO happy that I did! BBAZ was amazing. Not only did they have the best selection of dresses, their customer service was superb. Mrs. Helen was my bridal stylist and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone. She was not pushy at all, but encouraged me to not rule anything out until I tried it on. After spending some time with me, she could gather what type of person I was and what I was picturing for our special day. With our wedding being back in Georgia, she assured me she would get my dress in in time and also set up time for alterations, so that I could get it back to fly home with me. Thanks again, BBAZ & Mrs. Helen!

I was so far from impressed with this shop. The girls up front were fun and kind, but the gal helping me with dresses wasnt. She wasnt fun, Im not sure she smiled at all while she was with me. She did manage to answer her phone while she was in the changing room helping me get into a dress. She also told me I wouldnt find a dress at the next appointment I had and became incredubly pushy when I told her I wasnt ready to purchase the dress I thought I might like. The gown selection was small, I really only found two dresses I wanted to try on and the prices were much more than I wanted to pay. The gal helping out did offer a discount, if I bought right then and there, so that was nice at least. Honestly, I wouldnt suggest any future bride come here :/

Aqui encontre el vestido perfecto en menos de 30 minutos! El trato de Liz Rodriguez fue increible, nos ayudo mucho y nos hizo sentir como si fuera nuestra amiga de años, lo cual hizo el proceso de elegir mi vestido mas facil y divertido. Defintivamente les recomiendo ir a esta boutique, tienen muchos vestidos muu bonitos y excelente trato.

This place looks cool - its in an old bank, but dont be fooled. The staff was incredibly rude and at sneered in my face about my reasonable but not over-the-top budget. When I had talked budget on the phone with them when I set up my appointment, they said they had a lot in that price range. Additionally, they didnt have any of the dress styles I was looking for and kept trying to tell me that Id like a different look better and that the style I wanted (literally just a fit and flare) was no good. They were INCREDIBLY rude, wouldnt let me just leave when it was obvious there were no dresses here for me. Unless youre a huge snob who wants a 3k dress, dont go here.

Awful experience! If i wouldnt have called the day before to confirm my appt they wouldnt have let me know that no kids were allowed. Then they ask me how many ppl Im taking and I say 5. Well when we get there they say only 4 of my guests can go back there with me! How am I going to tell one of them to stay behind and wait for us. Then the manager comes out and has the audacity to say she had already turned down another bride bcuz she also had too many guest! Well with that attitude I took my business elsewhere!

Helen was absolutely amazing! I had less than three months to get my dress and she calmly walked me through everything she could and would do for me, to make sure I had the perfect dress. The dresses were all so beautiful and she has a lot of different styles. The dress prices were so reasonable and she offered a discount on top of that for the grand opening. If you are a stressed bride, GO HERE! The shop is adorable and chic and the service was indescribable. This is one very impressed and happy bride.

I highly recommend this place. My consultants Rebecca and Kalyne were friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. They helped me narrow down what I liked because I had no idea. They took the time to look around and brought in dress suggestions that fit my style. One of which ended up being my second favorite. It was a special experience and I found the dress Im going to get married in.

While visiting family (Im from out of state), we decided last minute to walk in to BBAZ since I hadnt had luck finding a dress yet. Although I highly recommend making an appointment, they were extremely accommodating!!! We had a wonderful experience with our consultant, Julie; she was professional, knowledgeable, patient and FUN! They have beautiful dresses in a wide variety of price points with an open, chic atmosphere and wonderful staff. I would recommend this boutique to anyone!

Liz was amazing . Im a busty/curvy girl and Liz was able to help me find dresses in my size and made me feel beautiful. I did say yes to the dress! And all the ladies were so friendly and also alterations Lady has 38 years experience..amazing also the shop is so beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone going to find a wedding dress.

Even though I didnt purchase my dress here, the employees were super helpfull in giving me information for other stores within my budget. They were sincerely nice. Other stores I felt judged because of my budget but they made me feel like it was ok and gave me other options. I really appreciate it!
